This study investigated characteristics of Phyllostachys pubescen leaves in different types offertilizers, slow-release fertilizer, special fertilizer of Bamboos and blend fertilizer, which had the sameelement content, N=330kg·hm-2、P2O5=120kg·hm-2、K2O=180kg·hm-2, and different slow-releasefertilizer supplies,315kg·hm-2,630kg·hm-2,945kg·hm-2. The contents of pigment and N,P,K ofPhyllostachys pubescen leaves had been tested, and we measured the reflectance spectra andchlorophyll fluorescence induced kinetics (FIK) in vivo. The main results are as follows:1. The contents of chlorophyll and large element N,P,K of Phyllostachys pubescen leaves wereincreased with the fertilizer treatments. Compared with the control, the contents of Chl a in differenttypes of fertilizers, slow-release fertilizer, special fertilizer of Bamboos and blend fertilizer, wereincreased by20.4%(P <0.01),14.5%(P <0.05) and14.4%(P <0.05),and N contents increased by36.0%(P <0.01),27.3%(P <0.01) and23.3%(P <0.05) in2-year-old bamboos. The contents ofchlorophyll and large element were increased and then decreased with the increasing of fertilizersupplies, and were significantly(P <0.01) increased under630kg·hm-2fertilizer supplies. The results of4-year-old bamboo have the same law.2. We analyzed the reflectance spectrum characteristics in the leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens. The spectral reflectance rates in visible region were CK>blend fertilizer>special fertilizer of Bamboos>slow-release fertilizer, while red-edge position shifted to longer wave lengths.. Compared with thecontrol, and in550nm wavelength, the spectral reflectance of three treatments were decreased by18.7%,13.7%and11.9%in2-year-old bamboo (P <0.01). The spectral reflectance rates were increased andthen decreased with the increasing of fertilizer supplies. The reflectance spectrum parameters GNDVI,PSSRa, PSSRb, PSNDa, PSNDb, CRI1and CRI2were increased by fertilizer treatments. PSSRc,PSNDc NPCI, CRI and PRI, were significantly (P <0.05or P <0.01) correlated with the pigment ofPhyllostachys pubescen leaves. GNDV I, PSSRa PSSRb NPCI, CRI1, CRI2the PRI, were significantly(P <0.05or P <0.01) correlated with the N, P, K contents of Phyllostachys pubescen leaves3. Chlorophyll fluorescence can reflect the photosynthetic characteristics of leaves. Fertilizertreatments improved the performance of the opening of the reaction center and the numbers of per unitareareaction of center. The results of the PAM fluorescence showed that, the photochemical quenchingcoefficient decreased with fertilizer treatment, while non-photochemical quenching coefficient increased, and carbon assimilation capacity was increased. As for the efficience of photosynthesis, slow-releasefertilizer treatment were better than the other two kinds of fertilizers; and in different slow-releasefertilizer supplies the variational trends increased firstly and then dereased, the amount of fertilizer630kg·hm-2achieve maximum.
