with the methods of field experiment and chemical analysis and Biological statistics, it mainly study on the effect on Photosynthesis potential and yield and quality of spring wheat Crown level photosynthesis organs under amounts of fertilization-applied Systematically with the No.4 Yongliang as example in this thesis. Determining the effect exerted on wheat photosynthesis organ's formation and degeneration by amounts of nitrogen fertilization applied; illustrating the contribution on yield by wheat organs and the compensation effect under different amounts of nitrogenous fertilizer applied; discussing the effect exerted on contents of Starch, fat, protein, ash, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, vitamin by wheat organs. The results are as followings, the area of photosynthesis organ improve remarkably after nitrogen fertilization applied; the organs'contents of chlorophyll and protein take the declination trend gradually from blossoms to the mature period, the organs'contents of chlorophyll and protein all improve after nitrogen fertilization applied. the nitrogen fertilization can delay the degeneration after blossoming and extend the period of photosynthesis function; the nitrogen fertilization can make contribution to the improvement of the Weight of a thousand seeds, ear of grain heavy, ear amount, unit volume weight when the leaf and no-leaf organs can't display function normally, the nitrogen fertilization also can improve the contents of starch, fat, protein, ash, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc and decline the contents of vitamin. Comparing with the normal growth, the contents of Weight of a thousand seeds, ear of grain heavy, ear amount, unit volume weight, starch, fat, VE take the declination trend and the contents of protein, ash, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, VB1, VB2 increase when the photosynthesis resource is decreased.
