The paper studied the seasonal frozen soil in the Great Xingan Mountains .The 156 soil samples at the levels of soil, the ecosystem, the position of slope and the direction of slope were sampled. The content of eight soil microelements were analyzed and the influencing of the levels of soil, the ecosystem, the position of slope and the direction of slope were studied. This study can provide the information that realize the status of nutrient in permafrost of Larix Gmelinii forest, and influence the growth of Larix Gmelinii on the content of microelements. The results were as follows:â‘ The coefficient of variation of content of the total microelements is high in seasonal frozen earth in the Great Xingan Mountains. The levels of soil, the ecosystem, the position of slope and the direction of slope influence the content of microelements.â‘¡The regularities of average content in the levels of soil were as follows: in the top of soil, the content of P, Se, Mn, Co and Mo is more than the bottom of soil and the content reduce little by little; the content of B is most on 10-20cm soil layer; and the content of Ni and V is most in the bottom of soil.â‘¢The order from high to low of the content of P, Se and B is the virgin wet land, the virgin forest and the clear cutting forest. The order of the content of Mn and V is the virgin forest, the clear cutting forest and. the virgin wetland. The order of the content of Co is the virgin forest , the virgin wet land and the clear cutting forest. The order of the content of Mo is the virgin wet land, the clear cutting forest and. the virgin forest. The order of the content of Ni is the clear cutting forest, the virgin forest and. the virgin wet land.â‘£The influence of the content of the microelements is not notable with the position of slope and the direction of slope.
