NenJing Valley is an ecological economy compound system whether relying mainly on farming and animal husbandry. This essay uses three method, quantitative calculation, qualitative description and integration for the study on system of ecological economy of NenJing Valley and ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits about it. Using Administrative levels analytic hierarchy process to choose 32 factors, putttong forward Evaluating Target Systerm for ecological economy compound system of NenJing Valley, calculating the persistent uses status of grassland resource by Fuzzy. As a result, the Farming—Pastoral Ecotone in NenJing Valley is persistent using status, eight type section took out prominent effect , Eluncun Banner and Keyouqian Banner are prominent persistent using status, another 6 Banner are currently persistent using status, and striding forward prominent persistent using status; zoology, economy and society integration index are all rise, Elunchun Banner rise 19.05 percent, Molidawa Banner rise 41.28 percent, Arong Banner rise 19.24 percent, Zhalantun rise 30.37 percent, Wulanhaote rise 19.94 percent, Keyouqian Banner rise 19.16 percent, Zhalaite Banner rise 21.08 percent, Tuquan Banner rise 21.08 percent. The result is consistent with the development actuality, from this make us known it is feasible for Evaluating Target Systerm, and evaluating outcome is true. In the text, analysis the zoology benefit, economy benefit and society benefit of grassland resource for type banner, as the result, developing grassland zoology economy can bring prominence integration benefit.
