The study on technical evaluation index system is of great significance to improve the efficiency and quality of technology assessment on soil and water conservation facilities in construction projecttechnology of soil and water conservation,soil and water conservation facilities Considering technology construction project evaluation of the diversity,complexity and fuzziness of the technical evaluation,the this paper was based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy processbased on the theory to seek to establish technical evaluation index system of soil and water conservation facilitiesevaluation index system of technical facilities soil and water conservation as research object,and carried out special research.The main contents and results were as follows:First of all,this paper analyzed and studied the evaluation methods which were commonly used,such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and it expounded their principles,advantages and disadvantages.According to the characteristics of soil and water conservation facilities in construction projects,it combined fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP method into Fuzzy AHP(FAHP)method,for constructing technical evaluation index system of soil and water conservation facilities in construction project.Secondly,based on the basic theory,method and principle of FAHP method,regarding overall systematicness,scientific rationality,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and practical feasibility as principle,and combining the characteristics of soil and water conservation facilities in construction projects,this paper established 3 layers including target layer,rule layer and index layer and set up 26 indicators in technical evaluation index system of soil and water conservation facilities.According to the expert scoring method,the 26 indicators were quantified by fuzzy analysis,and the higher weighting indicator was obtained.Finally,in this paper,the technical evaluation index system established by the FAHP method was used in practical project---the technical evaluation index system of soil and water conservation facilities in national highway network from Guangzhou to Kunming highway of Nanning outer ring,and this paper constructed a test of the feasibility of the technical evaluation index system of soil water holding facilities in construction project the assessment result for 26 indexes of soil and water conservation facilities(including 3 higher weighting indexes in every rule layer)could truly reflect their current situation,in accordance with the accepted result by administration.Consequently,it proved that the technical evaluation index system of soil and water conservation facilities constructed in this paper is appropriate for the technical evaluation in construction project.
