| Black wheat has vital roles in production and development of food field, some new species of black wheat have been breed and rapidly become popularized varieties in recent years in China. There have mass amounts in both production and consumption of wheat in China, thus black wheat would have a vast prospect and great development potential in food marketplace. However, presently some "bottleneck" factors in breeding and production of black wheat had restricted development of black wheat in food marketplace. Through some reference data and series of experiments on black wheat in this paper, characteristics of germplasm resources were analyzed, and some new varieties were breed using these germplasm resources as well. And the process approaches of black wheat were explored at the same time. The main results as follows:1. Through appraisal analysis on germplasm resources from 17 domestic and foreign black wheat cultivars and combining with the former results, germplasm characteristics, mineral element content and main agronomy properties were systematically analyzed. The results showed that there had good traits in nutrient quality of black wheat. Although there were some differences existed in agronomy properties among these black wheat cultivars, they would be one of better sources in high quality and resistant gene.2. In this paper, utilization and innovative of germplasm resources of black wheat were also discussed order to analyze approaches of germplasm use and their effects. Results indicated that the interspecific crossing was one of effective approaches breeding new varieties. Distant hybridization, germplasm mutagenesis and biotechnology application were other effective ways of new varieties. According to two new breeds, Luomai055 and Temai2, characteristics of black wheat were also analyzed in this thesis.3. The trial was conducted on different types of black wheat, for the example of Luozhen1, cultivation technology and variety purity conservation was studied, which would provide reference for high quality seed spreading of production and development of black wheat.4. An exploration on processing approaches of black wheat has also been carried out in this paper. Based on analysis from improvement and handling of flour nutrient value of black wheat, result suggested that the modern black food theory established was basis of black wheat processes, and new technique of modern food processing, innovation and application of new handicraft would have be new one approach in development of black wheat process. According to the characteristics of black wheat food, that was considered synthetically as integrated whole from variety breeding, planting, and process to marketplace. And a new viewpoint that wheat breeding in response to market demands, looking for marketplace according to special process of black wheat, was firstly introduced for production development of black wheat. |
