It detailedly describes wild resources distribution, biologic characteristics and ecologic characteristics. It has classified and selected a batch of superior trees according to the differences in fruits shape, fruits color, leaf shape and shape of the crown of trees. It has based on the nutrition and medication ingredient analyzed the using methods of fruits and leaves, and the way of exploitation.Through the experiment on Lonicera fragrantissima cuttage and breeding technology, transplant and domestication technology, it has provided the concrete technical measure of idioplasmic resources use and the preservation for Lonicera fragrantissima. Main results are as follows:1. Lonicera fragrantissima pertains to litmusless slanting masculine in low frutex. They grow best on the superstratum of the slope or pure holt. The crown is about 1-2.5m tall and the breadth of the crown is about 1-1.5m. It adapt to grow on high density.2. The fruit is very delicious after maturation and the potential industrial value is about 2 billion RMB. The mature fruit can become to belly-wash and preserved fruit after some process, and the potential industrial value is about 1.3 billion. Further more, the Chlorogenic acid in the leaf can officinal, the potential economic value is about 0.6 billion per year.4. The cuttage experiment showed that, mixing sand and ABT solution of different concentration can promote the growth of the root. By measuring the input and the output, mixing 30% of sand is the most economical. It is more economical when the concentration of ABT is 400-600ppm. Annual thick seedling is appropriate in the procedure of production. The rate of survival of cottage is higher in autumn than in spring. The cuttage experiment has notable guiding significance to extending the production of Lonicera fragrantissima.This article briefly summarizes distribution of Lonicera fragrantissima resources in Henan Province,idioplasmic resources use way and industrial use potential,and also is to table proposal according to industrial development use and conservation need of Lonicera fragrantissima idioplasmic resources.
