We carried on a typical survey and plant multiplicity analysis to 5 different age forest communities in Cyclobalanopsis chungii forest, which located in Jian'ou, Fujian Province. The results are as followed:1) There are 66 kinds vascular bundle plants which belong to 34 families born in 35s. Among them, 57 kinds of dicotyls belong to 42 genus, 28 families. There are 52 kinds of plant growing in bush layer. In herbaceous layer, mainly grows Dicranopteris dichotorna.2) This is a single excellent community built as a group of varieties of trees in Cyclobalanopsis chungii. Its important value lists 141.9 in arborous layer, and 57.33 in shrub layer. The main species growing in aborous layer are Schima superba Rhododendron championae, and Castanopsis fabri. The main species growing in shrub layer are Ardisia Punctata Lindl, Itea chinensis var oblonga, Lithocarpus polystachyus, Rhododendron championae. Of aforementioned species in Joe irritate layer, Ardisia Punctata Lindlis are in well-distributed, others are in poisson-distributed.3) The species stability among every layer varies with the increasing or descreasing along with bio-diversity. Compared with other layers in the, shrub layer are of a larger a-diversity index and homogeneity index, and of higher species diversity and stability.4) Diversity tendency chart of every layer shows that the variety and homogeneity of arborous layers develop in an array of: 5 years born<15 years born<25 years born<35 years born in the communities, twining plant layer of: 5 years born<15 years born<20 years born<35 years born in the communities. The variety and homogeneity of shrub layer increase rapidly and reach the maximum in the development midstage(15-20 years). The growing pattern of herbaceous layer acts nearly as the same as shrub layer, but tends stabilization in the middle and later development period(20-35 yeas).5) Among 5 different age communities, 20 years born community and 15 years born community have the highest similarity ofβ-diversity. That means there is relatively lighter change in growing circumstance, as well as in the innerspecies and interspecies. The succesion state order according to constitute index value is basically identical with forest age array: 5 years born<15 years born<25years born<35years born in the community.
