With the development of industrial automation,pig industry turns out to be cage-free mode in the past and it has gradually developed into the mode of information management.Swine as breeding pigs,the reproductive performance directly affects the pig production level and economic benefits.Many studies have shown that,the temperature environment is one of the important factors that affect swine reproductive performance.Therefore,it has important significance to provide suitable temperature environment for swine to improve the reproductive performance and economic benefits.This paper designed a kind of automatic temperature monitoring and management system based on the principle of automatic control.This design uses the single chip processor as the control basis,in combination with the wireless communication technology,puts forward the variable universe fuzzy PID control algorithm and compared with the traditional control algorithm.In this paper,the main work and achievements are as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the research significance and the research background,to explore the influence of temperature parameters on swine reproductive performance and analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of piggery temperature parameter monitoring system.Secondly,design the software and hardware of automation temperature monitoring management system.The hardware part mainly includes the design and development of the core of control circuit based on the single-chip microcomputer.Software part mainly consists of single chip microcomputer control programming and the design of PC management software.Thirdly,with MATALAB simulation environment,compared with the PID control,fuzzy PID control and variable universe fuzzy PID control.Through the comparative analysis,the control algorithm of variable region has better performance in terms of response speed,control precision and stability.Finally,set the simulation temperature environment of swine.Through multiple sets of experimental data analysis,the design of the automatic monitoring management system has accurate temperature control precision and good stability.
