The 4ZTL-1800 stripper combine harvester was invented successfully by NortheastAgriculture University professor Jiang Yiyuan, and surpasses the England stripper combineharvester, which has two shortcomings as follow. Firstly, the free grain loss is higher than desired,and secondly the cutter bar and the raking device are rather difficult to fix behind the stripping rotor.This machine adopted air suction, and hence was able to work at a wide range of working speedswith lower loss.When picking off, it can make both cutand pave straw, and thus realizes realmeaning combine harvesting. However, the air delivery also has its deficiencies, which not isexactly than mechanical action on. straw. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of air suctioninstability and built up in the pipeline, the vibrating transportation device was adopted.Researches were as follows:1. In terms of mechanical vibration theory, grain movement and stress at the vibratingtransportation base plate, found out the main effect factors, analysis of grain movement in pipelineby pneumatic transportation theory.2. According to the theoretical analyses, whole parts drawing and assembly drawing of thevibrating transportation device testing bed, power join and separation device in the model machinewere done in the Pro/E software.3. Experimental research, first of all, the flow field of vibrating transportation testing bed istested. The result showed that the main reasons for grain blockage are lower air speed, rubbingeffects in the base plate with grain, grain and grain mutual action. The purpose of designingvibrating transportation is to throw the grain up grain in the base plate. Therefore, the air actingforce is not only increased, but the rubbing effect in the base plate with grain, grain and grainmutually action can be weaken. As a result the blockage problem could be solved. Through thesingle-factorial experiment and multi-factorial experiments, in which the main factors were thebase plate inclination, grain thickness, and vibration frequency and amplitude, comprehensiveevaluation of the impact on the target was performed. Under transporting effect optimally andtrying hard to reduce the vibration influence to the machine, at the same time to guarantee grainwon't glide, the inclination of base plate should be smaller than 10°, the vibration frequency is350rpm,and the vibration amplitude is 25mm.4. On the basis of theoretical analyses and testing research, grain movement quantitativemeasurements, observations and analyses were done by high-speed vidicon technology. Accordingto the measured results, while the grain built up at the base plate, the vibrating transportation actedon the grain,the grain was thus thrown and lifted by air action,at the same time, as being successfully transported. The testing results obtained by the high-speed vidicon shows that thebeneficial effects of the vibrating transportation device is evident.The above theory analysis, experiments and the high-speed vidicon observations show that theblocked grain problem can be solved successfully by the vibrating transportation device.
