With the rapid development of economy in our country, agriculture is highlightedmore and more by nation. As more and more population flowing into cities and towns, aserious shortage of rural labor force is emerged so the development of agriculturalmachinery is particularly important. Head-feed combine harvester has a series ofadvantages such as low fuel consumption, low stubble, low impurity rate, retaining fullharvest straw which leads to the research and development of half feed combine harvesterfrom more and more enterprises and units. The experimental study and analysis was madein this paper based on half-feed combine harvester. The main content was studied in thispaper as following several aspects:1) Working principle and the composition and function of head-feed combineharvester was better understand by studying improved design and structure of each part.2) The strength and the rationality of the frame was simulated and analyzed throughFEA software.The structure discretization was carried on through three-dimentional modelanalyzed by FEA. Mesh model, material properties, boundary conditions were applied andthen calculation was processed. Calculation results showed that the maximum stress was307.539MPa, which occured in the chassis front part load.And it was greater than thematerial allowable stress safety254MPa, less than the yield strength of355MPa, whichindicated certain risk.The analysis indicated that the frame strength could be improved byincreasing support or reinforcement, increasing craft chamfering and structure alignmentadjustment.3) According to the National Standard and jiangxi province agriculture machineryappraisal station the first NJ (X) D01-2009test conditions,the basic performance wastested which was qualified. The impurity rate, broken rate and loss rate weredetermined.The results of Tianyou998showed that the impurity rate was0.70%, thebroken rate was of0.382%, unthreshing loss rate was1.304%, the separation loss rate was0.42%, the cleaning loss rate was0.652%, and the cutting loss rate was0.092%;the resultsof99you468showed that the impurity rate was0.73%, the broken rate was of0.364%,the unthreshing loss rate was1.146%, the separation loss rate was0.482%, the cleaningloss rate was0.76%, and the cutting loss rate was0.11%. Total loss rate of two varietiesreached the national standard,but the unthreshing loss rate accounted for52.84%and52.84%of the total loss rate respectively. So rice feeding depth was adjusted,the oldthreshing teeth was replaced,the clearance between feeding chain and grass pressed platewas adjusted.Finally, the unthreshing loss rate of two varieties was both under0.8%. |
