Improving cow's reproduction is an effective method to improve the quality of local cattleherds and enlarge the amount of livestock on hand. The nicer reproduction rate can not onlyquicken up the betterment rate of herds, but also increase the economic benefit. At present, we arelack of the scientific guidance of high quality propagation. A lot of problems exist in such aspectsas the measure of reproduction. These problems have directly influenced the development of thecow industry in our province. Therefore, combining the advanced experience abroad and realitiesof our province, we have developed "Aided Decision-making Support System of Cow inHeilongjiang Province" to support cow's reproduction scientific feeding and informatizationmanagement.This paper expatiates on feasibility study, demand analysis, general design, system function,implementation process and so on. This system based on speciality knowledge of reproduction,making use of the principle of Intelligent Decision-making Support System, softwareengineering, .NET frame has accomplished amount of development, and constructed this intelligentapplication of cow reproduction.The system combines knowledge and experience of experts on cow's reproduction withcomputer technology to figure the whole process of reproduction course, sets up varieties ofdatabase and program modules applying the theories, models and basic regulation of cow'sreproduction, breeding and diseases, realizes tracking and monitoring for reproducition process,ensures process development is successful according to expected goals. Simultaneously to thespecial ones this system could give reminding timely avoiding loss because of reproduction delay.Reproduction diseases are with accompany during the process,the diseases will influence theefficiency of reproduction directly, according to the character of data in database and knowledgeillation, we build up weighted uncertainty reasoning model and this model with threshold, realizeuncertainty analysis and treatment to symptoms of reproduction diseases, minish subjectiveinfluence on clinical diagnosis and treatment. Reprodution performance evaluation iscomprehensive, therefore, according to series of factors we have designed performance evaluationindex system for cow reproduction. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, we acquire subjection relation for rank changement scope of every index, develop evaluation module applyingfuzzy comprehensive evaluation to supply macro estimation, have a whole plan, give scientificdecision confidence for dairy farms manager.
