In aquatic animal breeding,the protein is decided to the growth of the fish is one of the most key nutrients,and fish meal is the indispensable quality in aquatic feed protein source.Generally available in the aquatic feed 10%-40%fish meal,with the development of aquaculture,fish meal needs to expand,but because of the influence of climate,fishing and other issues,lead to fish meal pray too for prices to rise.Source,therefore,the urgent task is to find cheap and abundant source of fish meal protein substitute.Lumen of as the research object,this paper explore alternative to fish meal protein sources and find out the optimal replacement level,as well as in fermented soybean meal instead of fish meal in aquaculture to provide scientific basis.1,Evaluation of nutritive quality and nutrient components in the muscle of juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?Nutrient components in the muscle of juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?individuals were analyzed with conventional methods to evaluate of nutritive quality.The results showed that viscerosomatic index and rate of flesh content were 10.31%and 14.65%,the content of moisture,crude fat,crude ash and crude protein in fresh muscle of soft-shelled turtle were 79.11%,0.81%,108%and 19.18%79.11%,19.18%respectively.Sixteen common amino acids were detected in the muscle of juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?,including seven essential amino acids?EAA?.In dry sample,the total content of amino acids?TAA?andEAAwere 67.77%and 26.93%respectively.The essential amino acid index?EAAI?was 82.47%.Four kinds of delicious amino acids?DAA?accounted for 27.92%in dry sample.It was clear that the content of the different amino acids was table and the constitutional rate of the EAA met the Food and Agriculturae Organization of the United Nations/Word Health Organization?FAO/WHO?standard.Research results show that itcontain higher protein and rich balanced amino acid,has good nutritional value,the research results provide theoretical basis for the development of juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?compound feed.2.Apparent digestibility of crude protein and amino acids of four feed ingredients for juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?Theapparent digestibility of crude protein and amino acids of four ingredients were determined for juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?,to find a solution to the lumen of new protein feed raw materials.The results showed as follows:1)the apparent digestibility of crude protein in corn gluten meal,fermented soybean meal and silkworm chrysalis for soft-shelled turtle was 90.57%,86.34%and 85.75%,respectively,higher than that in meat-bone meal?75.98%??P<0.05?.2)For animal protein sources,the apparent digestibility of total amino acids in silkworm chrysalis was higher,which was 92.44%,while that in meat-bone meal was lower,which only was 75.39%.For plant protein sources,the apparent digestibility of total amino acids in corn gluten meal was higher,which was 96.56%.3)The juvenile soft-shelled turtl?Trionyx sinensis?lowest total amino acids apparent digestibility of meat and bone meal,only 82.48%.The results showed that silkworm chrysalis can be used as a source of high quality animal protein,fermented soybean meal is good plant sex protein source of the juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?.The results of evaluation of different nutritional value of feed protein source,and the development of the juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?of replace fish meal feed provides reference and basis.3.Effects of fermented soybean meal of replacement of fish meal on growth,body composition and blood biochemical indices of juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?Research on different levels of fermented soybean meal instead of fish meal to juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?shape index,growth performance,body composition and blood biochemical indexes.The results showed that:1)when the fermented soybean meal to replace fish meal level is 10%,growth and the best shape and internal organs had no significant influence?P>0.05?;When the fermented soybean meal instead of fish meal level was 5%,10%and 15%of the lumen of the survival rate,specific growth rate,and no significant impact on weight gain rate?P?0.05?.2)fermented soybean meal instead of between 0%and 15%levels of fish meal,juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?and muscle protein content were not significantly difference?P>0.05?,10%alternative set of lumen of young turtle body protein content and muscle protein content is the highest,67.46%and 80.88%,respectively,and are slightly higher than the control group;When 10%alternative set of turtle of crude fat and muscle of the lowest,4,29%and 8.78%,respectively;10%replacement of whole turtle and muscle of ash content and the control group difference is very small;Calcium content is slightly higher than the control group.3)the alternative set of serum total protein,glucose and the control group there was no significant difference.?P>0.05?;Alternative set of content of triglyceride and total cholesterol than the control group no significant difference?P?0.05?,and the alternative set of triglyceride and total cholesterol levels are slightly lower than the control group;Cereal third transaminase and aspertate aminotransferase levels and the control group had no significant difference?P>0.05?,but with the increase of fermented soybean meal replacement level,cereal third transaminase and aspertate aminotransferase levels rise after the first reduce the trends.Comprehensive analysis,in the lumen of feeds for juvenile soft-shelled turtle?Trionyx sinensis?,fermentation instead of fish meal of the appropriate level of 15%.
