Through experiments to understand theamount changes of organic matter, Humus composition and chemical properties and optical properties withtime, clearly different microbial plays an important role in the formation of the organic matter. Providing atheoretical basis to illustrate the microbiology of humus formation and changes in the structure of the roleplayed by. Experimental studies show:(1)The change of microbial and organic carbon show a downward trend over time. The quantitydecreased are consistent with the changes of soil organic matter, soil carbon content affect the amount ofmicrobes directly.(2) Extraction of humic substances HE present first increase and then decreasing slowly trend, In earlymicrobial HE promoted the formation, HE started to decline with the extension, HE fungi on thedecomposition rate greater than the rate of formation.(3)The relative contents of HA are in the increase trend,it shows that the selected strains acceleratingthe formation of the HA. The relative contents of FA slow increase first then declining trend.(4)In the early culture,the PQ of indigenous bacteria and alien take on first decline then increasing,Show that the initial formation of FA hyper then HA, with time FA change into HA, PQ increased. The PQof indigenous fungi are in a steady decrease fron 1 to 120 days, after the PQ changes become calm. Itpresent that the formation speed of HA, FA to a balance; 180d stage after PQ increasing, HA changes to theFA.(5)In the entire incubation period, the HA processing LogK previous 90 days showed a significantdownward trend. At the beginning of culture, LogK are higher, indicating that the initial training HArelatively simple molecular structure. With the extended incubation time, LogK decrease, they show themolecular structure to the complex gradually in the direction of development.
