Abstract/Summary:
The soil tested in this research is the black soil which is collected from main grain productarea in Jilin Province. The microbial dominant population purified by the soil will be used toresearch the influence produced from fungus, germ, actinomycetes and whole bacteria (thecombination of former three fungus), which all of them are formed in soil humus. This researchis also aimed to study the respective influence of the four combinations on changing the structureand photochemistry property of soil humus, hoping to help the academic circles to have a betterunderstanding of the influence of aerophile microorganism on the process of soil humus’sformation and apply it to promote the accumulation of humus, and provide the theoreticalfoundation for organic carbon sequestration and decreasing the drain of carbon dioxide in thesoil..1due to microbial decomposition of soil respiration of organic carbon, resulting in totalsoil carbon changes, the same number of changes in the relationship between the two willgradually decline over time. Which whole bacteria on organic carbon utilization of organicmaterials produced during decomposition highest maximum mineralization, which is closelyrelated to microbial biomass and activity of whole bacteria2early in culture, can be extracted humus (HE) curve slope greater (expressed grewfaster), but gradually over time flat. Because fungi are four combinations although the strengthof the points, but the formation of HS has promoted, so each treatment were greater than thevalue of the last HE HE the initial amount, the overall upward trend. In the early, exceptactinomycetes, the remaining three groups of bacteria is less than the speed of decompositionHE generation, but actinomycetes will play its role as a producer in the late. Therefore, multi-species collaboration will maximize the effect on the formation of HE, all bacteria increasesfaster than the other three groups of bacteria.3Although each species has a strength of the points, but the formation of HA haspromoted, relative and absolute content of humic acid (HA) are increasing. Strength on thepromotion of the role of actinomycetes <fungi <bacteria <whole bacteria. Thus, the multi-species forming the cooperating maximize the effect of HA, the highest utilization of themineralization of organic carbon in the organic material to produce the maximum decomposition process, reducing the loss of carbon dioxide in the soil. However, due to the decomposition oforganic materials will be part of the FA into HE, but because of its small faster than the speed ofFA synthesis, resulting in volume growth slowed FA, although the absolute amount of theincrease, but relatively reduced.4since the beginning of the incubation is less than the rate of formation of HA FA, PQvalue is not so high. However, since the decomposition of the organic material, a portion of theFA to HA conversion starts, the relative amount of reduced, and thus increase the value of PQ.PQ various bacteria growth, the bacteria is more dominant, the bacteria proved to play a majorrole in HA generation.5each treatment FA, ΔLogK and slope of E4/E6HA were lower with time, indicating thatthe FA, HA humification gradually over time to stop, increasingly complex molecular structureand stability, and can no longer maintain the molecular structure of the initial complication rate. The complexity of HA molecule, the degree of oxidation higher than the aromatic FA.According to the decrease in the curve we can infer the age of the FA and HA during thedecomposition of organic materials, the experiment proved, HA aging at a slower pace.6Although each treatment fulvic acid (FA) and humic acid (HA) of the IR waveform is verysimilar, but the intensity of the absorption peaks of different chemical shifts proved theirstructure is similar to the Carbon bond. In the molecular structure of humic acid treatments, theThalidomide enhanced C=O stretching occurs only in fungi, and the molecular structure of eachtreatment in fulvic acid, it is full of bacteria Thalidomide C=O stretching enhanced. All theseindicate that the nitrogen source humus relies mainly on whole bacteria and fungi...
