This research take the branches and roots of the grapevine rootstock's annual cutting seedling as material. They were treated 4h through the different low temperature. We determined soluble sugar content,proline content,soluble protein content and MDA content of the grapevine rootstocks'branches and roots, and unified the Logistic equation through the electrolyte leaching rate to calculate 8 grapevine rootstocks varieties half lethal temperature. Tried varieties include SO4,225Ru,3309C,5BB,Riparia, vitis amurensis,beta,beichun.The test result indicated that: with processing temperature decreasing, the electrolyte leaching rate,the soluble sugar, the Proline content and MDA content overall assumes the trend of escalation. Branches and roots performance basic consistent. Half lethal temperature and the electrolyte leaching rate, MDA content present correlation, and the relevance is remarkable, while it and the soluble sugar, the soluble protein,the proline content present negative relevance.By principal component analysis and half lethal temperature, we carried on synthesis evaluation to the grapevine's cold-resistance, and listed the order on the cold-resistance of different varieties vitis amurensisï¹¥betaï¹¥5BBï¹¥3309Cï¹¥SO4ï¹¥225Ruï¹¥Ripariaï¹¥beichun.
