In the exploitatation and utilization of Bromus stamineus, we must take the different sowing methods and plant densities into account. They have heavy influences on the forage especially in terms of the forage growth. The salt, temperature and water are important factors that affect the seeds germination, which deciding the germination time and germination place.we designed four temperature (15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃) and NaCl density(0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%) and PEG density(0.126g/gwater,0.186 g/gwater,0.232 g/gwater,0.270 g/gwater) .In order to find out the effects of various sowing methods and plant densities on growth of Bromus stamineus, we choused broadcast sowing and sowing in trip as our seeding methods. We designed three row spacing (15cm, 20cm, 25cm)and three plant densities (206 kernels·row-1, 412 kernels·row-1, 618 kernels·row-1) in strip sowing.Observations to every treatment were recorded on the bud rate, tillers, aboveground biomass, plant height, seed yield, thousand kernels weight and growing rate. Every treatment combination has 4 replications.(1)The germination indexes of the former are higher than that of the latter; the germination of the former is stimulated by NaCl density of 0.3 %, while that of the later is restrained by all kinds of NaCl density.(2)With increasing of temperature and PEG indesity, the order of germination rate and vigor of Bromus stamineus and Bromus inermis is decreaced.(3)Under treatment of broadcast sowing and plant density of 549kermels·m-2, Bromus stamineus has the highest bud rate, fresh weight, seed yield, while treated with 25cm row spacing and 412kermels·m-2 plant densities, tillers, plant height, growth rate increased to the top;(4) Under treatment of broadcast sowing and plant density of 549kermels·m-2, its growth rate is took second place, while treated with 15cm row spacing and 824kermels·m-2 plant densities, it has the highest seed yield;...
