Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Hai-Liu techological area soil was investigated and researched character. The investigative result shows, the salt-absorb is 0.2%-0. 3% of the major Hai-Liu soil, the salt-absorb is 0.4%-0. 5% of the few points that is saline from the saline soil to heavily. The compound of soil salinity was major contented NaHCO3, NaCl, Na2SO4, and little content Na2CO3, CaCl2, MgCl2.The character of salt content of Hai-Liu soil, is major basic salt and lot neutral salt.Total alkalinity was major surpassed 1cmol/kg that coat soil and all horizon of profile, in the total trend; PH is increased with the total alkalinity increasing. Statistical analysis result shows, PH (x) is relation with CO32- (Y): Y=76.584 -16.214x+0.861x2, coefficient of correlation is 0.79(n=12). PH is little relation with total alkalinity and HCO3-.The major factors than effect PH of Alkali-soil is Na2CO3 contents of soil-solution. Alkaline character is evident and saline soil occurred of Hai-Liu soil, that texture is heavy, soil particle dispersion, moistness become muddy ground, while drought become tile, permeability is slow and columnar structure is evident.Soil nutrient is that pervasive soil lacks seriously Nitrogen, major soil lacks Phosphonium, Potassium contents is over middle class of major soil.Improving soil of the investigative area should be following the principle. Regarding treatment land as the basic, regarding constructing of irrigation as the measure, regarding ameliorating with Gypsum application as the key, regarding improving the soil fertility as the object.
