Study on six different varieties (lines) of Sabina chinensis (L.) Sabina chinensis'jinhuagui',Sabina chinensis'lantagui',Sabina chinensis'jinggui 6-2',Sabina chinensis'jinggui 10-3',Sabina chinensis'jinggui 13-1',Sabina chinensis'jinggui 22-1'. Study on drought resistance and cold resistance by using appearance anatomy and physiology. The mayor results as follows:1. The result showed that the drought stress affects the leaf angle, WSD, relative permeability of plasma membrane, chlorophyll content, proline content, soluble sugar content, activity of peroxydase and leaves'tissue structure parameters of different varieties (lines) of Sabina chinensis significantly. Variance analysis indicated that different varieties (lines) of Sabina chinensis (L.) have extremely significant deviation. Drought resistance were evaluated by using the formula of vague mathematical jurisdiction, and the ability of drought resistance on Sabina chinensis (L.) from high to low were Sabina chinensis 'lantagui', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 10-3', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 6-2', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 13-1', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 22-1', Sabina chinensis 'jinhuagui'.2. The variation of water content of leaves, proline content, chlorophyll content, ice temperature between cells while natural temperature dropping and relative permeability of cytomembrane under low temperature stress were measured and analyzed. The result showed that the change of chlorophyll content from 1.02mg·g-1FW~2.39 mg·g-1FW. But change amplitude of other indexes show significant deviation while temperature dropping. Cold resistance were evaluated by using the formula of vague mathematical jurisdiction, and the ability of cold resistance on Sabina chinensis (L.) from high to low were Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 13-1', Sabina chinensis 'lantagui', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 22-1', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 10-3', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 6-2', Sabina chinensis 'jinhuagui'.3. Cluster analysis on subordination function values of leaves'anatomic structure, drought resistance index and cold resistance index of six different varieties (lines) of Sabina chinensis (L.). Fuzzy analysis showed that strong resistance varieties were Sabina chinensis 'lantagui', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 13-1', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 22-1', medium resistance varieties were Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 6-2', Sabina chinensis 'jinggui 10-3', low resistance were Sabina chinensis 'jinhuagui' while linkage distance value exceed 0.6731.
