Enderus sp. is an important parasitoid wasp of Aceria pallida Keifer. The larvae feed on nymph and adult mite in a gall. The development duration and adult longevity of Enderus sp. became short with the temperature increasing. Feeding 10% honey solution and clear water prolonged the adult longevity and increased the fecundity of a adult significantly, the average fecundity of a female was 29.13±6.12 eggs and 23.14±3.16 eggs respectively. The peak of oviposition was on the second day after emergence. The time of emergence was mainly at 6:00-8:00 am and 4:00-6:00 pm. Copulating appeared shortly after emergence. The natural population dynamics of Enderus sp. was related with the population of its host, the highest rate of parasitism could be 83.3 % at the end of June and the beginning of July. Enderus sp. favored to lay eggs in 34 mm purple black galls. Its function-response coincided with HollingⅡ, the model equation was Na = 0.6984 N0 /(1+0.0517N0).The study indicated that infected plant of wolfberry, Lycium spp., could attract adult of Enderus sp. Water extract and n-hexane extract of wolfberry before and after gall mite damage included some chemical substance that could attract Enderus sp. to lay eggs.GC-MS method had identifyied 29 kinds of volatiles from intact medlar, 12 kinds of which had been determined including 4 kinds of paraffin, 3 kinds olefin, 2 kinds of terpene, benzene, alcohols and esters compounds respective 1 kind, and 7 undetermined kinds. 34 kinds of volatiles were identifyied from infected wolfberry which 25 kinds had been determined and 9 kinds been not determined. There were more volatiles in the infected wolfberry including 9 kinds of benzene, 3 kinds of terpene, 1 kind of esters compounds comparing with that in the intact wolfberry. Paraffin, lefin and alcohols had not different between intact and infected medlar.
