We should reduce the temperature of discharged smoke, and use the heat recovery from smoke. For this reason, this paper analysis the technology and craft of condenser heat recovery of fuel gas equipment. The analysis put emphasis on high-capacity fuel gas equipment, including heat exchangers, the method of heat exchange, burner, he method of combustion, the discharge of condenser water and smoke, the choice of equipment material, intelligence control, etc.We researched the condenser fuel gas boiler on the premise of theory analysis,and produced a condenser heat recovery boiler with specification is 30KW and 150L.The manufacture is possessed of great advantageous as follow:①Raised the heat efficiency to 95.35%, and reduced the temperature of discharged smoke, so we can save fuel gas 13.8%.②The percentage of harmful gases account for combustion smoke is lower, The percentage of carbon monoxide reduced to 11%, lower than the standard of china.③The percentage of oxids of nitrogen lower than the standard of Europe.
