This research chose Achyranthes bidentata Blume from Henan Wenxian as material studied detailedly on root structure growth and growth process and different varieties and effective ingredients accumulation dynamic and correlational factors through field experiment and lab analyse,which were planted in original area and farm of Henan agricultural university.And also analysed from plant morphological,characters and active components.The main results were as following:1.Qiuzi has best germination rate and Mantaizi's kilo-weight is highest in all kinds of seeds.2.floral differentiation was affected by the sowed time,there was only one or two days delay among July 15th,July 20th,July 25th.And ten days between July 30th and Apr 4th.3.the construct of roots has three stages,primary structure was composed of xylem,phloem, cortex and epidermal,and the primary xylem were diarch;secondary structure was composed of secondary xylem,secondary phloem,cortex and periderm;tertiary structure come from dedifferentiation of parenchyma cells in cortex,which arranged as concentric ring.The primary stage and secondary stage last about 20 days,tertiary grow about all time, which reach to four circles finally.The fourth circle was affected by different sowing times, it has different dedifferentiation when havsted.4 there was a significant negative correlation among daily mean temperature and daily lower temperature and daily higher temperature and rainfall and sunshine and daily temperature difference and seed emergence time;there was a significant negative correlation between the needed days of bud emergence and daily lower temperature.During the growth periods,the order of dry matter distribution is leaves-stem-root-flower.5 The order of biological yield among every sowing time is Jun 25th>>Jun 30th>Jun 20th>Apr 4th.the contents of achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides and oleanolic acid varied with the sowing time,but it is different in signal contents,the oleanolic acid is higher in Jun 25th and the achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides is higher in Jun 15th.6.the contents of oleanolic acid in achyranthes bidentata sowed on Jun 25th reach to climax in Sep 15th,and dropped in Oct 15th,there is raise in Nov 15th.7.every varieties'root length,root diameter and inflorescence length had significant difference;the biological yields is fengzhengke>hetaowen>bainiuxi>menggu.The order of oleanolic acid contents is fengzhengke>menggu>bainiuxi>hetaowen;the achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides is hetaowen>menggu>fengzhengke>bainiuxi.Menggu has the best productive potential for it's high assimilation rate during nutritivc growth;fengzhengke is better than hetaowen,and the bainiuxi is lowest.
