In this test,radix achyranthis bidentatae was used as research object,by using the methods of agronomic characters observation and chemical composition content determination,achyranthis influenced by different factors were detected,including different sowing dates(ten solar terms:pure brightness,grain rain,the beginning of summer,grain full,grain in ear,the summer solstice,slight heat,great heat,the beginning of autumn,the limit of heat),different varieties(A-D),different ways of immersion(warm water,80% mancozeb,80% carbendazim,70% imidacloprid.So that we can explore the suitable cultivation period of radix achyranthis bidentatae in jiaozuo region,protect achyranthis from infecting insect pests diseases by the method of soaking seed.Finally certain theoretical basis was provided for standardized cultivation of achyranthis and pollution-free cultivation system was established in jiaozuo region.The main test results are as follows:1.The best harvest time of radix achyranthis bidentatae is late November and early December.The achyranthis which were seeded at pure brightness have the best agronomic traits and the effective composition content,and the worst at the beginning of autumn.The content of ?-hydroxyecdysone reached the hightest level which were harvest on November 8,oleanolic acid content of different harvest time contrast:December 8 >November 23>November 8.The polysaccharide content of sowing date from 1 to 5 were all more than 12%,among them sowing date 1 is the highest.2.The main characters of the root were different among the four different varieties(A-D)in the jiaozuo area.Variety C have the longest main root,and variety B have the thickest main root.The fresh root weight and dry root weight of variety D were more obvious,of which has the largest number of lateral roots.Variety A have the highest dry rate among the one year achyranthis,and variety C have the highest dry rate among the three year achyranthis.3.The main components ?-ecdysterone,oleanolic acid and polysaccharide contents were different among four different varieties in jiaozuo areas.The ?-ecdysterone content of one year polysaccharide contrast:C>A>D>B;tow year polysaccharide contrast:C>A>B>D.The content of oleanolic acid in one and two years were the same:B>A>D>C.The polysaccharide content of annual and biennial were consistent:A>B>D>C.4.Different concentrations of pesticide treatment had significant effects on the emergence rate,seedling length,root length and root weight of achyranthes at its seedling stage.With the improvement of the dilution ratio,the influence gradually decreased.Achyranthes have the best effect and the lowest morbidity rate at the high concentration,meanwhile the seedling rate,seedling length,root length and root weight were the worst.In combination,80% mancozeb 400 times dilution,80% carbendazim 800 times dilution,70% imidacloprid 600 times dilution were the optimal dilution ratio.
