Effect Of Plant Growth Substance On Growth And Major Medicinal Components Accumulation Of Achyranthes Bidentata Blume

Achyranthes bidentata Blume. is a famous traditional Chinese medicine.,which is mainly pl-anted in the area of ancient “Huaiqing” prefecture, such as Wen Xian,Bo Ai that is located in the n-orth area of He Nan province now. Achyranthes bidentata Blume. is one of the four most famous d-rug which are Yam,Rehmannia,Chrysanthemum and Achyranthes bidentata Blume..In order to provid-e a theoretical basis for the application of plant growth substance in Achyranthes bidentata Blume..In this study subject,using the Achyranthes bidentata Blume. as experimental materials, this dissertati-on investigated the effect of various plant growth substance on growth and major medicinal comp-onents accumulation of Achyranthes bidentata Blume..The main results are as follows:1. Soaking seeds of Achyranthes bidentata Blume. with 0.15 mmol/L Me JA for 3 hours ismost conducive to the growth and the accumulation of oleanolic acid in the root and leaf.0.25 m mol/L Me JA treatment is best for the accumulation of the ecdysterone in root, while inhibiting t-he accumulation of the ecdysterone in leaf, and it is not beneficial for the accumulation of olean-olic acid in root and leaf.2.Spraying 2.0 mg/L NAA and 1.0 mg/L 6-BA on leaf can significantly promote the growt-h of Achyranthes bidentata Blume.(P < 0.05),and it is best for the accumulation of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root,however, it inhibits the accumulation of oleanolic acid in leaf.Spraying 4.0mg/L NAA and 2.0 mg/L 6-BA can significantly promote the accumulation of ecdysterone in leaf.3.Spraying IBA on the leaf of the Achyranthes bidentata Blume. can improve the growth of plant height and root length.It is also beneficial for the accumulation of the dry weight of root,whereas it inhibits the accumulation of ecdysterone in leaf.1.0mg/L IBA is the best treatment for the accumulation of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root, it also significantly promotes the activ-ity of antioxidant enzymes and protein content(P < 0.05).4.Spraying Me JA on leaf of the Achyranthes bidentata Blume. has a positive effect on the growth and total content of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root. After Achyranthes bidentata Blume. is spraied 30 d by 1.0 mg/L Me JA,the total oleanolic acid which exists in the root,reaches tothe highest amount of 12.43 mg/plant(P<0.05). After Achyranthes bidentata Blume. is spraied 30 d by 0.5 mg/L Me JA,the total ecdysterone which exists in the root,reaches to the highest amount of 0.525 mg/plant(P<0.05).5.Different hormones combinations(IBA+NAA、IBA+6-BA、IBA+Me JA)can significantly increase the root fresh weight and root dry weight(P < 0.05).To the harvest period, 1.0 mg/L IBA and 1.0 mg/L 6-BA are the best combination on the total content of oleanolic acid in root;1.0mg/L IBA and 2.0 mg/L NAA are the best combination on the total content of ecdysterone in roo-t.
