| Abnomal fruiting bodies were cultured on potato dextrose agar media (PDA) and a pathogen was screened and identified. Through pure cultured and microscope observed, it was concluded that the pathogen maybe was Mycogone peniciosa Magn. The infectivity test was conducted to identify the type of this pathogen further.21 kinds of fungicides were used in the fungicides screening tests in which fungicides were gradiently diluted with culture mediums in the same volume of 20ml, myceliums of the same size were inoculated in these culture mediums and cultured for 8 days in 25℃. Each group was repeated three times. In the fungicides screening tests of the Mycogone peniciosa Magn, the first screening tests proved that the restrain effects of Chlorothalonil, Prochloraz, Prochloraz EC, Formaldehyde, Jiemeijing, Dimethomorph,Thiophanate-methyl, Sporgon, Diniconazole, Fungicidin Soluble Powder,Copper oxychloride, Hymexazol, Procymidone and Thiophanate methyl to the Mycogone peniciosa Magn were better than the others in the dilute of 800,and their inhibition rates were 100%, 100%, 100%, 100%, 100%, 100%, 100%, 98. 5%, 97%, 84. 8%, 84. 8%, 81. 8%, 72. 7 and 57. 6%. The second screening tests indicated that Prochloraz (6000), Prochloraz EC (6000), Formaldehyde (2000), Jiemeijing (6000), Dimethomorph (1000), Chlorothalonil (6000) and Sporgon (6000) had better restrain effects and their inhibition rates were all 100%. The third screening tests were conducted to get critical dilute consistences. The tests indicated that Prochloraz (50000) and Sporgon (50000) had the best restrain effects than Chlorothalonil (2000), Dimethomorph (2000), Jiemeijing (14000) and Formaldehyde (30000), and their inhibition rates were 98. 3%, 98. 3%, 97. 5%, 90. 3%, 43. 5% and 42. 7%. The reconstituted tests between the six fungicides proved that all groups had better restrain effects and their inhibition rates were all 100%.Tests proved that the restrain effects of Jiemeijing (20000) to Agaricus bisporous' mycelial growth was worse than Dimethomorph (14000), Prochloraz (20000), Sporgon (20000), Formaldehyde (14000) and Chlorothalonil (14000), and their inhibition rates were 14. 3%, 38.1%, 47.6%, 57.1%, 100% and 100%. |
