In order to investigate on the parasite infection situation in Zhangjiajie during 2005,3 to 2007,6, 63 wild snakes, 32 wild Rnizomyssinehsises and 19 wild badgers were disseced.The results showed asfollows.1. Infection rate of parasite in wild animalThe infection rate of parasite in Hundred pace snake, black snake,caihua snake were 58.82%(10/17),61.90%(13/21),60.0%(15/25) respectively. The infection rate of parasite in all snakes were 60.32%(38/63).The infection rate of parasite in wild badger was 63.16%(12/19). Infection rate of Nematoda and cestode in wild badger were 63.16%(12/19)and 5.26%(l/19)respectively. The nemathelminth parasited on the wild badger' stomach and intestinal tract.The cestode parasited on the wild badger' intestinal tract.The infection rate of parasite in wild rnizomyssinehsis in Zhangjiajie was75%. The nemathelminth parasited on the wild rnizomyssinehsis' intestinal tract.2. The intension of parasiteThe most of parasite in wild badger was more Severity. The rate of above 60 were 31.58%,The number of parasite on a wild badger was 160.The of parasite in wild snake was 34.92% ,the number of parasite on a wild snake were 10-20.The EPG of parasite in wild rnizomyssinehsis was 75 % ,the number of parasite on a wild snake were 20-40.3. The specis of parasite in wild snakes, wild rnizomyssinehsises and wild badgers.The species in wild snakes, wild rnizomyssinehsises and wild badgers wereascarides, strongyloides, ancylostomatidae and Spirometra mansoni.. The infection rate of ascarides in wildlife were respectively 25.40% (16/63), 18.75% (6/32) and 63.16% (12/19); The infection rate of strongyloides were respectively 27.0% (17/63), 34.38% (11/32) and 42.11% (8/19); And the infection rate of ancylostomatidae were respectively 28.57% (18/63), 65.63% (21/32) and 21.05% (4/19). The infection rate of Spirometra mansoni in wild badgers was 5.26%(1/19) . The infection rate of ascarides ( 63.16%) and that of strongyloides (42.11%) were both the highest in the wild badgers among, while the infection rate of ancylostomatidae was the highest in the wild rnizomyssinehsises.
