The objections of this study are to determine the effects of different levels of Zinc-Methionine(Zn-Met)supplemented on performance, biochemical parameters in REX rabbit, and find out the suitable dose.Forty healthy, born about 60 days REX rabbits, which had the adjacent body weight, were divided into 4 groups, three repeats of each group, three rabbits of each repeat and the remained one used in necessary.Groups were feeded with routine(Zn27.41 mg/kg DM),among which, the first group was used to as the control group(routine dietary)andⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgroups were added 40 mg/kg,80 mg/kg,120 mg/kg Zn-Met in basic dietary. Pretesting-date was 7 days.In the experimental stage, adopting the quantitative methods with 150g feeds every day.The testing methods and targets were shown as below: Recorded body weights in 0th,15th,30th,45thday;Blood and tissue samples were adopted at the 45thday.In the experimental stage, registering the body weight, the used feeds, blood and tissue dates. The above targets were all took general average as indexs judging the effects of Zn-Met on REX rabbit. The results as follows:Effects on performance:Average daily gain(ADG)of groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere improved by a cretain extent comparing With the control group.and the highest group was the groupⅡ.The ADG of the groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere 19.74 g/d,20.69 g/d,20.66 g/d,repectively,were 6.94%,12.08%,11.92%significantly higher than control group(18.46g/d)(P<0.01),but no significant difference(P>0.05)among the groupⅡ,Ⅲ.But the groupⅡ,Ⅲwere significant difference(P<0.01)compared with control group. The highest group of feed-meat ratio was groupⅡ,compared with control group(P<0.01)and compared with groupⅠ(P<0.05),but but no significant difference(P>0.05)with the groupⅢ.With the augment of the levels of supplemented Zn-Met,the density of hair and the area of fur of the groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere higher than control group, but no significant difference(P>0.05).Effects on blood parameters:The content of serum Zinc of groupⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere 30.90μmol/L,36.23μmol/L and 41.02μmol/L,respectively,were 15.30%,35.19%,53.06%significantly higher than control group(26.80μmol/L)(P<0.05),but no significant difference(P>0.05)among the groupⅡ,Ⅲ.But the groupⅡ,Ⅲwere higher than control group and the groupⅠ(P<0.05).The content of AKP in serum were 5.18%,9.85%,4.20%significantly higher than control group. The content of AKP of groupⅡwere significantly higher than the groupⅢ(P<0.05),and the groupⅡ,Ⅲwere significant difference(P<0.01)compared with control group. The content of SUN in serum were not significantly difference(P>0.05)between the trial and control groups, but the higher group of SUN was the control group. With the augment of the levels of supplemented Zn-Met, the serum TP increased no significantly difference from group(P>0.05).And the serum ALB of groupⅡhad the significantly difference with the control group(P<0.05).Effects on the content of zinc, copper, iron in different tissue:The average content of zinc in liver of the groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere 33.27 mg/kg,42.22 mg/kg,39.51 mg/kg,repectively,were 64.16%,58.90%,48.70%significantly higher than control group(26.57 mg/kg),but no significant difference(P>0.05)among the groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.The groupⅡ,Ⅲhad the significant difference with the control group(P<0.05).The highest group of content of zinc in kinney and muscular was the groupⅢ(P<0.05).With the augment of the levels of supplemented Zn-Met,the content of zinc in tibia increased no significantly difference from group(P>0.05),but the extent went down gradually. The average contents of cooper and iron in tissues of the groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere higher than the control group, but no significant difference(P>0.05),except the groupⅡand the control group in liver (P>0.05).Results shown that, supplementing Zn-Met in dietary had some certain promotion on the performance in rabbit.Analysis indicated that, the 80 mg/kg supplementing amount was the best in the normal dietary(Zn27.41 mg/kg DM)and could be used as reference data of the Zn supplementing amount in dietary.
