Microencapsulation technology is more mature application of a biological prote-ction technology, used in animal feed industry in isolation, the protection of environm-entally sensitive components, such as vitamins, protease, probiotics and other biological active ingredients and application of the environmental impact of the material. In aquatic feed aqu-atic animals also applied to the weaning food protection.
