To dig for multiple-embryo gene resources of Haimen Goats and established multiple -embryo Breeding Goats,to breed prolific Haimen Goats offers basic material. In this study, relation between polymorphisms of PRLR gene and FSHR gene and Litter size in Haimen Goats was analyzed by PCR-SSCP,and Quantitative Genetics was analyzed also to these two genes.The genetic variation(gene frequency,heterozygosity,polymorphic information content(PIC) and effective number of alleles) of three loci of PRLR gene and FSHR gene was analyzed in Haimen Goats.Two alleles are found in PRLR gene Intronâ… ,and gene frequencies was 0.59 and 0.41, the heterozygosities,polymorphic information contents(PIC) and effective numbers of alleles in Haimen Goats at Intronâ… was 0.4838,1.9372 and 0.3668;Two alleles are found in PRLR gene Intronâ…¡,and gene frequencies was 0.79 and 0.21, the heterozygosities,polymorphic information contents(PIC) and effective numbers of alleles in Haimen Goats at Intronâ…¡was 0.3318,1.4966,0.2768;But FSHR gene Exon 10 was found only one allele, nopolymorphisms.Relation between three Loci of PRLR gene and FSHR gene and Litter size in Haimen goats was analyzed. The results indicated that PRLR gene Intronâ… has two genotypes,and three genotypes was found in Intronâ…¡, but FSHR gene Exon 10 has nopolymorphisms.The least square analysis and multicompare of PRLR gene's two Loci and Litter size demonstrated,Intronâ…¡of PRLR gene extremely significantly affected on litter size (P<0.01), and CC>CD>DD;while Intronâ… had no significantly effect on litter size (P>0.05) in Haimen goats.Sequenced gene sequence of different genotype stylebook, the results indicated that AA and AB of PRLR gene Intronâ… 's two genotypes has a mutation T-C in 95th base; DD and CC of PRLR gene Intronâ…¡'s two genotypes has a mutation A-G in 35th base; combined the result above can speculate that, gene C of PRLR gene Intronâ…¡made positive effect in prolificacy in Haimen Goats,but gene D has a negative effect in prolificacy.Above all, FSHR gene disagree with as candidate to feed prolific Haimen Goats,but according as literature and the result of this study, PRLR gene can qua a candidate to feed prolific Haimen Goats.But whether this gene can qua primary gene for feeding or not ,it need a in-depth study still.
