This essay whose research object is Apostichopus japonicus is to discuss temperature, salinity, pH and photoperiodic which have effects on the growth and behavior of Apostichopus japonicus. Consequently, discuss the pH cause by cement-sand-skerry. By measuring the SGR and NIW, which reflect the growth of Apostichopus japonicus. The temperature group which are divided into six division, investigated the effect on Apostichopus japonicus which is managed by temperature treatment by 40 days. The trend of growing is increasing at fisrt but decreasing at last. The maximal SGR of Apostichopus japonicus at 17℃is 2.031±2.772%·d-1. The maximal growth of NIW is 9.247±12.179g. According to curvilinear regression of temperature and SGR of Apostichopus japonicus, the most proper temperature is 16.8℃. The salinity group is divided into six division, investigated the effect on Apostichopus japonicus, which is managed by salinity treatment by 40 days. The maximal SGR at salinity 30 is 3.067±2.069%·d-1. The incresement is 9.247±12.179g. According to curvilinear regression of salinity and SGR of Apostichopus japonicus, the most proper salinity is 31.Establish the adjustment of pH of the sea caused by the cement-sand-skerry. The cement-sand-skerry which is composed by cement and sand at a proportion of 1:5 has obvious effect. The ascent of pH caused by the casting of cement-sand-skerry restrains the growth of Apostichopus japonicus. The photoperiodic group is divided into six division. When the photoperiodic is 12h:12h, the SGR comes to the highest level of 0.960%·d-1, and the maximum NIW reaches to 12.302g.This article analized the variation of temperature, salinity, pH and photoperiodic which have effects on the regularity of Apostichopus japonicus, and discussed the rang of the most proper enviromental factors.Through controling the enviromental factors, discover the statistics, and to help the feeding of Apostichopus japonicus. To make Apostichopus japonicus grow in the most proper enviroment, and raise to the surviving and growing rate. This researchment will have great impact on the feeding of Apostichopus japonicus.
