Developing pollution-free agriculture and yielding non-polluting agricultural products for improving market competition of agricultural products,urging agricultural industry update and assuring safety of ecological environment and food has become one of significant strategic objective of sustainable development in our country. Insecticides controlling drug-prevention technology is one of technical support for the development of pollution-free agriculture. In this paper ,we carried on a series of experiments by using the pullution-free pesticides of Stellera chamaejasme L.which was made by our laboratory and the using of frequency vibration trapping lamp on killing pests; in this way and combined the current situation about rice pest control in Sichuan Province, we introduced a general control system of non-polluting controling main rice diseases and pests in Sichuan hill region, the chief results was summarized as following :1, Stellera chamaejasme L. and other chemical pollution-free pesticides Minute matching Chilo suppressalis indoor Toxicity of experiments : Stellera chamaejasme L.with 48% Lorsban mixed use, with synergy to the borer destruction, in accordance with both 800 : l,The proportion of a mixture, with the drug factor reached 42.5, and Stellera chamaejasme in the same 5% Fipronil mixed use, only add to the performance of the role.2, In the hilly region of Sichuan rice pests to prevent pollution-free application field experiment showed : Daphnetin 500 times the blast reached 78.27% effective defense, of rice in 2006, seven months late with flowers against Rice Chilo suppressalis field application test, daphnetin on the 1st control effect was 91.5%,2, reached 83.3%. have achieved the desired Control effect. Which is the ideal control Chilo suppressalis Pharmacy3,Meishan in Sichuan Taihezhen frequency vibration through the lamp on killing pests of rice showed : frequency vibration-killing lamp to kill, including Rice Stem Borer (Chilo suppress aliscwalk r). leafroller (Canphalocrocis medinalis Guenee). A negative mud Rice (Oulema oryzae Kuwayama) planthopper (Sogatella furcifera Kirkaldy), a total of 30 main variety of rice pests, every single lamp lights in the effective control of a radius of about 100m. Nymphulinae peak of the night to extinguish the lights and are mainly concentrated in 21:00~23:00 and 02:00~04 .and frequently used not only to suppress vibration-killing field lights up eggs, But also can significantly reduce costs relative to Chemical Control prevention.
