| Mycoplasmal Pneumonia of Swine (MPS) is one of main local epidemic disease, in pigs caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. Chronic respiratory disease (CRD) is a contact infectious disease, in chicken caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma Galliseptis With the drug to cure and prevent is the main way of control MPS and MG. Tylosin is macrilides antibiotic.It could be made as forms of phosphate and iron tartrate. Besides affect on Gram positive stain and some Gram negative stain, Tylosin has especial effect on Mycoplasma. To test and verify the effect of domestic Tylosin products on pig and avian, the clinical experiments were did as following:(1) Effect of Tylosin on the performances of pigEighty weaning pigs were used in this experiment,divided 2 groups. Group 1 was feed with Tylosin in diet and group 2 was used as control.After feeding 28 days the suiatun of pig growth was determined.The results showed that Tylosin could increase the feed intake and feed/gain. Especially it had the good active on growth by using in early periods. Compared with theTainon-40, the domestic Tylosin tartrate showed have lower price and a higher feed/gain.(2) Clinical treatment effect of Tylosin on Mycoplasma in pigSixty four piglets suffered from Mycoplasmal pneumonia were selected and injected with Tylosin for 14 days. The results showed that the clinical signs of the pigs, the dry cough, asthma and diarrhoea symptoms,could be decreased by degrees. And the body gain in treatment group were higher than that of control group, and nearly the health control group. It's proved that the Tylosin had good treatment effect on the Mycoplasmal pneumonia.(3) Preventive effect of Tylosin on respiratory syndrome complex in piglets One hundred weaning piglets in one of breed pig farm were used in this experiment.At beginning and after feeding with Tylosin for 30 day, the body weight were weighed and the clinical signs were observed during the experiment. The results showed that the pigs premix feeded with Tylosin grow better and the feed/gain than the piglets in the control group. And the signs of respiratory syndrome complex could be decreased oberviously. It indicated that the kinds of Tylosin could be used to control this disease in big pig farm.(4) Effect of Tylosin on the performances of chickFour hundred and eighty chicken were used in this experiment. To observe its influence on chick growth in a farm of Jiangsu province.its,Tylosin was added in diet at different dosage for feeding 49 days. The chicken were weighed at 1, 21, 42 and 49 days-old. The results indicated that the body gain of treatment group was higher than that of control groups.The feed/gain of treatment group was lower remarkable than that of control groups. It indicated that Tylosin could be used to increase the performances of chicken.(5) Clinical treatment of Tylosin on Mycoplasma gallisepticum in chickenOne hundred and twenty five chicken were used in this experiment. The chicken were infected Mycoplasma gallisepticum, and had clinical signs, such as dry cough, asthma and diarrhea, etc. They were treated with Tylosin tartrate by drinking for 20 day. The results indicated that the survial rate of chicken in the group treated with 500mg/L concentration of Tylosin tartrate were higher than that in control group. It's proved that the Tylosin tartrate had good effect on the treatment of Mycoplasma gallisepticum in chicken.In summary,Tylosin had good Clinical treatment and prevention of Mycoplasma infection in pig and chicken.
