Study On The Seasonal Changes Of Mineral Elements In Leaves And Soil Of Yali Pear

Mineral nutrients were key factors in raising field and improving quality.The three years old Yali pear trees and ten years old Yali pear trees were used as the experiment material.In this paper,the changes of mineral elements in soil and leaves and the correlation of mineral elements between soil and leaves of Yali pear were investigated during the growing season.Furthormore,the changes of soil analysis,together with the leaves analysis,revealed the variety regulation of main mineral elements in Soil and leaves.This study will provide new theoretical basis for high yield,high quality cultivation and the physiology of resisitance of Yali pear.The main results were as follows:(1)With the increasing of fruits age,soil analysis indicated that the content of N,Mg,Mn,Cu and Zn of three years old Yali pear and ten years old pear showed waving changes;the content of P gradually decreased;the content of K and Ca of the soil in 0-20cm layer and 20-60cm layer kept stable; the mineral elements in 60-100cm soil layer showed great changes.;Fe contents kept stable in 0-20cm layer,but it changed bigger in 20-60cm layer and 60-100cm layer.(2)N,P and Zn contents of three years old Yali pear and ten years old pear's soil gradually decreased with the depth of soil's layeri K contents changed little in 0-20 layer and 20-60 layer,it's lager than the contents in 60-100cm layer.Ca and Mg contents also changed little in 0-20 layer and 20-60 layer,it was smaller than the contents in 60-100cm layer.The changes law of Fe,Mn and Cu was as fallows:20-60 cm＞0-20 cm＞60-100 cm;B contents changed little in different soil layers.(3)The content of mineral elements in three years old Yali pear and ten years old pear had not obviously difference.(4)The general seasonal trend of N,P,B in leaves of Yali tended to decrease and those of Ca,Mn, Zn increased as the phonological phases progressed.The content of K and Fe decreased sharply during early period and rose up slowly in the rest period.Mg contents rose up fast from April to July.,and decreased slowly in the rest time.Cu contents changed little with the general seasonal.(5)P,Fe,B contents of three years old Yali pear'leaves was higher than ten years old pear.N,K and Mn contents was on the contrary.There was no significant difference of Cu contents in early period, but from September to November,the Cu contents in three years old Yali pear was lager than ten years old Yali pear.Ca contents was on the contrary.Mg contents of three years old pear'leaves was higher than ten years old pear in early period,in the rest period the contents was on the contraty.(6)The correlation between soil and leaves of three years old Yali pear trees and ten years old pear trees was very complicated..The results shows that:there was no significant positive correlation.Except the Mg in 20-60cm soil layer of three years old Yali trees and Mg in leaves of second growth Yali trees manifested significant positive correlation.The Zn in 60-100cm soil layer of three years old Yali trees and Zn in leaves of three years old Yali trees manifested high significant positive correlation.
