Evaluation On Fruit Quality And Correlation With Soil Geochemical Elements In Main Yali' Pear Production Areas Of Hebei Province

Yali'pear is not only China's Superior fruit trees, but also one of the tropical fruits for traditional export in Hebei Province. Yali'pear have excellent quality and higher nutritive value, its unique nutritional status is an important factor influenced the comprehensive quality of Yali'pear Fruit. Therefore, this experiment takes four main production areas including Xinji, Zhaoxian, Botou, Xianxian in Hebei province as research object, the objective is to analyze soil samples and Yali'pear fruit by field investigation and laboratory analysis. Determing weights of Yali'pear comprehensive quality indexes by the methods of analytic hierarchy process and projection pursuit, based on cluster method, we can divided into high quality domain and non-high quality domain. Analyzing correlation between soil geochemical elements and Yali'pear fruit's mineral elements, and correlation between fruit's quality and mineral elements to Yali'pear fruit, so as to study correlation between soil geochemical elements and and Yali'pear fruit's quality in study area. The results showed that:(1) The contribution rate of fruit quality indexes from big to small was:CS (0.304)> titratable acid (0.200)> fruit weight (0.162)> sugar acid ratio (0.104)> hardness (0.083)> soluble solids (0.074)> Vc (0.073). Based on determining the index weight, we evaluated the comprehensive quality of the Yali'pear fruit's in study area with 49 sampling points, and divided into high quality domain and non-high quality domain.(2) It showed that the quality of Yali'pear is the best which growed in the Bei Jie village, Jiu Leitou village, Dong Zhangkou village, Peng Liuzuo village in Xin Ji, and Ge Datou village, Yao Jiazhuang village, Gao Jiazhuang village, Fan Zhuang village, Yang Hu village in Zhao Xian, while the quality of Yali'pear is relatively poor which growed in the Ren Zhuang village, Bei Huaqiu village in Zhao Xian, Li Duoli village, Da Lu village in Bo Tou, Xiao Ju village, Nan Hetou village in Xian Xian, and the quality of Yali'pear is mid-level in other regions.(3) Analyzing correlation between soil geochemical elements and Yali'pear fruit's mineral elements, and correlation between mineral elements and quality to Yali'pear fruit, and compared with element content in different soil layers for high quality domain and non-high quality domain, after the results of analysis and deduction, a group of characteristic elements which have great influence on the quality of Yali' pear fruit were determined:S,Cr,Se,As.(4) Analyzing the spatial distribution pattern between 20-40cm layer of soil elements in study area, Bo Tou and Xian Xian were seen as a whole region, the content of S,Cr,Se,As was almost lower in its eastside and west than other regions, the element equivalence region showed zonal shape form east to west, gradient variation was significant. In Zhao Xian, the existing difference between the spatial distribution of characteristic elements in soil was not very large, element content of Cr and As was lower, and range of distribution decreased in eastern regions, while range of distribution to S and Se was larger in eastern region. In Xi Ji, the spatial distribution of element content to S,Cr,Se,As was higher in southeast regions, spatial distribution characteristics of Cr,Se were similar, the spatial gradient variation of elements were not significant in northern and central regions. The spatial distribution of S and As was relatively simple, the distribution of S showed a massive region which was gradient space of oblique zonal plaque in parallel in northwest, except for a small zonary area in northern and most regions in southwest, content of As was higherin other regions.This research can provide scientific basis for the improvement of Yali'pear comprehensive quality, and provide decision and suggestion for optimized layout and planning in the main Production, moreover, so it is of important practical significance to delineate regions of pollution-free green production.
