The technology providing heat for biogas system is a hot spot in the marsh gas science, also a difficulty. The researchers devoting to study on biogas have been done massive work in heating up for anaerobic fermentation container by using biological source and coal etc. A lots of techniques of heating up have been obtained during these years. But all these methods must use the non-renewable energy, moreover easying to produce the pollution, which will be eliminated gradually in future. Therefore, the researchers all go to the inexhaustible clean energy - solar energy which was treated as heating source to increase temperature of biogas digester. Solar energy technology will certainly become a key in biogas engineering domain.The rural eco-campus biogas system is a new pattern about the biogas technology which is applied in the rural elementary and middle schools. But the pattern is applied later, many shorting and theory exist in some cases .The technological design and temperature of biogas digester in winter is difficulty in this system. Aiming at these questions, this article takes the rural middle school eco-campus as the researching object, Focus on the design of a solar heat pipe heating systems. First, checking the theory of solar thermal heating system and calculateing fluid temperature of methane-generating pit each month to safeguard system's theory feasibility and provide the reference contrast for the experimental check. Then, useing the advanced temperature measuring set to carry on the solar energy warming experiment on run zheng school during 3 mouths,and Carring on the analysis to the test result to examine system's warming effect In reality. Finally, Carring on the appraisal from the economic angle to the solar energy warming technology, to Provide the scientific basis for the countryside ecology campus's demonstration and the promotion.This article main research work and the conclusion are as follows:(1)In view of the countryside elementary and middle schools' sewage characteristic and the traditional methane system 's question, we design solar energy heat pipe heating system, which suits the countryside middle and elementary schools, and have designed the solar energy heat pipe heating system's system plan emphatically, have chosen the collector, has determined the collection hot area, has designed system's ancillary facilities and the control system. (2) With heat transfer theory elementary theory and according to the Guanji hot parameter, external environment parameter, local solar energy radiation intensity, methane system's radiation, heat absorption parameter,we have established the methane system (solar energy heat pipe heating system for a subsystem) thermal equilibrium equation. Through theoretical calculation, we have analyzed the methane system and the solar energy heat pipe heating system which whether to match. The result indicated that solar energy heat pipe heating system's heating ability definitely may satisfy the methane system to the thermal demand in the winter.(3) We choose ecology campus demonstration point of Run town middle school to take the object of study, have carried on the experiment to the solar energy heat pipe heating system's warming effect. In testing, with the temperature self-recording instrument, we have tested the collector and the methane system inside and outside 6 spot temperature data, and have drawn up the related temperature variation curve, which indicated that the solar energy heat pipe heating system can complete its heating task in the winter half year. The system design is reasonable.(4) We carry on the appraisal analysis with the method of economics to the solar energy double-effect warming system,and compare with the hot water boiler warming system. The result indicated that the solar energy warming system has the good economic efficiency and the environment benefit.
