Sprinkler irrigation is the modern water-saving irrigation techniques commonly used as a water-saving irrigation methods, it is mainly through the Pressure Equipment pressurized water sprayed into the air to form tiny droplets, and then uniformly sprayed in irrigated areas, the shape of the spray effect of natural rainfall.The Intelligent solar water-saving Sprinkler Irrigation System, it is based on traditional Sprinkler irrigation technology, solar energy control node, root crops dry soil moisture is detected, and to take advantage of the low-pressure water irrigation timely random a Sprinkler irrigation system. Due to the water-saving energy-saving,low cost, and overcoming the blindness regular watering, avoiding rain disadvantage irrigation, extensive irrigationis easy to implement intelligent, automated irrigation plants. With the solar intelligent water-saving Sprinkler Irrigation System applied in engineering practice, and its pipe network project investment has continued increasing,accounting for more than 60% of the entire system, so the Sprinkler irrigation system pipe network planning and optimization of design optimization to reduce project cost entire sprinkler irrigation system will have important practical significance.In this paper, the optimal design of the water pipe network of solar water saving sprinkler irrigation system is mainly studied in this paper.The main research internal as follows.1. On the composition of solar intelligent water-saving irrigation system, we establish a solar automatic water pumping and intelligent water-saving irrigation water supply system, and thus build a sprinkler pipe network of the first hub, laid the foundation for network optimization.2. To the solar intelligent water-saving Sprinkler Irrigation System pipe network composition type, pipe network layout with pipe network optimization design method related research. Including: layout, solar intelligent water-saving irrigation pipe network's first hub arrangement, dry pipe network pipe, branch pipe layout, pipe network hydraulic calculation.3.The influence of different height standpipe solar intelligent water-savingirrigation pipe network system under sprinkler water spraying range. Exploring the different standpipe height sprayer water distribution rules, rendering the water spraying distribution curve; through the hydraulic calculation of the standpipe,established the mathematical model of riser, for network optimization in standpipe optimization installed to provide certain reference, at the same time, in the research process has also carried on the corresponding demonstration project.4. Using the simplex method of linear programming to establish a respective solar intelligent water-saving Sprinkler Irrigation System pipe network optimization model. The lowest annual cost objective function, the corresponding constraint conditions, the pipe network optimization solution, by combining with the engineering example, the mathematical model used to build the solar intelligent Sprinkler Irrigation project of Guangzhou Fushan farm, and the results showed that the use of the simplex method so that the cost of laying pipe network is reduced by18.8%, reducing the pipe network project investment.
