Study On The Effects Of Biological Fertilizer Of Chicken Manure In Chinese Herb Panax Ginseng C.A.meyer Etc

The result showed Chicken manure had promoting effect on growth, yield, total ginsenoside of Ginseng, had significant effect on pest control in different year-old-plant Panax ginseng and American ginseng, had active role on plants reserved, yield and quality of Schisandrae, had good preservation effect on melanoplakia.1 Significant effect on growth of ginseng etc. added chicken manureThere were significant effect on stem height, plant height, stem thickness and leave area in 1, 2, 3 year-old ginseng added chicken manure. Treatment with 1200kg/has was the best. There were no significant differences on stem height and plant height of ginseng between treatment and control. There was significant difference on stem thickness of ginseng treated with 1200kg/ha and 900kg/ha, it showed good promotion action on growth. There was significant effect on leave area between treatment and control, it was extremely significant level treated with 900kg/ha.2 Significant role on the increased production of Chinese herbsIt had a significant action on the increased yield of Chinese herbs added chicken manure. There was transparently effect on increased production in 4-year-old ginseng and 6-year-old ginseng. It was extremely significant difference between treatments with control. The increase of yield to 1-year-old ginseng reached extremely significant level by 43.1%, 56.9% and 46.2% respectively in different treatments. Yield of 2-year-old American ginseng which treated with 900kg/ha increased 22.22% than control. There was extremely significant difference of yield 3 and 4-year-old ginseng. It can increase the ration of middle-long branches, female and male flower of schisandrae. It can increase production by 32.1%, 46.4% and 52.4% than that of control.3 Improving quality of Chinese herbs added chicken manureThe amount of total ginsenoside in 4-year-old ginseng was higher than that to control by 5.88%. It showed significant level at 6-year-old ginseng in different treatments, respectively increased by 26.27%, 23.72%, and 20.33%. It was extremely significant level in 2-year-old ginseng between treatments and control. Total ginsenoside of American ginseng added chicken manure was higher that of control. The amount of lignanoid in schisandrae treated with chicken manure was higher that of control, respectively increased 11.9%, 12.5% and 10.8%.4 Good effect on control of melanoplakiaIt showed evident action on controlment of plant disease in Panax ginseng, American ginseng and Schisandrae treated with chicken manure via investigation of disease index. It was better effect of 4, 5, 6-year-old Panax ginseng than that of control. Disease index of melanoplakia in Schisandrae treated with chicken manure was lower than of control. It can decrease occurrence of melanoplakia.5 It was good effect if chicken manure was soaked under water before application. It was suitable of 600-900kg/ha in Panax ginseng and American ginseng.
