The effect of the salt stress on oat morphological and physiological index, Saline-alkali resistance physiological characteristics of planting different crops on Saline-alkali soil, mixing oats and different forge, under anti-pot sheltered and Saline-alkali field conditions are studied in this paper. The results shown as follow:1. With the increasing of salt stress level, plant height, leaf area and dry matter accumulation of oats were reduced significantly. The relative water content in leaves was reduce. At the beginning of growth SOD and POD activity increased, before decreased. The MDA (MDA) content and permeability of the plasma membrane severity were increased significantly. Total chlorophyll content increased in seedlings and jointing stage. In seedlings , the content of Pro-line was increasing. But in other growing stages it was decline after increase. Due to different salt degree stress, the yield, seed weight and seed fullness had greater difference. The analysis showed that the effect order on the yield were 1.0%>0.8%>0.6%>0.4%>0.2%>0.2.The average of water soluble salt content of soil in oats of different mixed treanment is lower than monoculture; Monoculture crops and mixed with oats, the average of the water soluble salt content of soil was as followed: soybean> Clinelymus sibiricus >alfalfa > Clinelymus dahuricus Nevski. The average of pH values in different mixed oats was lower than monoculture. the average of pH values of monoculture crops and mixed with oats was followed: soybean>Clinelymus sibiricus>Clinelymus dahuricus Nevski>alfalfa. The plant height of oats were significantly increased when mixed with different crops in Saline-alkali field. The growth was stimulated when mixed oats with different crops. And the increasing extent of plant height was biggest when mixed oats with Alfalfa. Chlorophyll Content of oats leaves was increased after mixing with different crops. Compared with monoculture, Alfalfa,Clinelymus sibiricus,Clinelymus dahuricus Nevski, soybean mixed with oats, chlorophyll content showed an increasing trend. Conductivity of mixed with different crops was lower than monoculture oats. Conductivity showed a decreasing trend when mixing with different crops. When mixed with soybeanand Clinelymus sibiricus, the reduce value was max, reached to 11%. The pro-line content of oats showed an decreasing trend after missed with Alfalfa , Clinelymus dahuricus Nevski, soybean,Clinelymus sibiricus.
