This study selected SongzhanTown of Heilongjiang Province as the experimental ground and corn as the tested crops, fertilized the soil with chemical fertilizer, manure, organic - inorganic compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer and Bio fertilizer, and then studied the effect of different fertilization on the number of microbes, soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, and urease and catalase activity in saline-alkali soil, also studied the correlation between these biological indicators and organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, available kalium , made the following conclusions:1,All fertilizations could increase the chemical fertility of Saline-Alkali Soil, the effect of organic - inorganic compound fertilizer was the most obvious among all fertilizations, and then was bio fertilizer.2,T1 could increase the number of bacteria in soil to some extent,T2,T3,T4 and T5 could significantly increase the number of bacteria in soil, T3 was the most obvious; Soil fertilization made the number of actinomycetes increase significantly, the average number of actinomycetes of the 5 times showed the following order:(T3,T5)>(T4,T2)>T1; T1 could not increase soil fungi significantly, other treatments could significantly increased soil fungi,T3 was the most significant, followed by T5,T4 and T2.3,T1 could not increase soil urease activity significantly,T2 could promote urease activity slowly, T4 promoted urease activity obviously in the beginning of fertilization, but its staying power was inferior to T5, throughout the growing periods of the crop T3 made a significant role in promoting urease activity; Fertilization did not improve the soil catalase activity significantly, In contrast, the promotion of fertilizer was obvious early in the fertilization, but with the growing of crop, T3,T5 showed a stronger role in promoting catalase activity.4,T1 could increase soil MBC significantly in the first three periods, T5 could remain soil MBC at a certain level, T2 and T4 had maintained the MBC at a more significant level. And T3 increased the MBC very significantly in the early, but then decreased; T1 increased soil MBN to a lesser extent, T3 increased soil MBN very greatly, T5 maintained the MBN at a high level,T2 maintain the MBN at a certain level through the plant growing process.5,The number of bacteria in soil was highly significantly positively correlated with soil organic matter, total N,,available N,significantly correlated with available K; The number of actinomycetes was highly significant positive correlation with total N and available N, significantly correlated with organic matter and available K; The number of fungi was highly significant positive correlation with organic matter, available N and available P,significantly correlated with total N and available.6,Soil urease activity was highly significantly positively correlated with organic matter, available N,available P and available K,showed significant correlation with total N; soil catalase activity was highly significantly positively correlated with organic matter, available P,was significantly correlated with available N and available K.7,MBC showed highly significantly positively correlation with organic matter, total P,available P and available K,significantly correlated with the available N; MBN was highly significantly positively correlated with soil organic matter, total N,available N and available K,was significantly correlated with available P.
