In this paper,one-year-old Taxus chinensis var.Mairei were selected,the ideas of randomized block design and N,P,K experiment design were adopted for the potted and field experiment.Study the relationship among the seedling growth and physiological conditions and fertilization,and the law of different fertilizer mix ratio to seedlings.analizing the effect of Ca,Mg and different N,P,K fertilizer mix ratio for the seedling growth and physiological conditions.and dianostic analysis and inspection using DRIS for seedlings;Setting different light intensity and light orientation under the same fertilization conditions,we investigate the effect of the fertilization on the seedling growth and physiological effects of one-year-old Taxus chinensis,and study the influence of light condition on fertilization effect.The main rusults are followings:First:Six level single factor of nitrogen,calcium and magnesium to Taxus chinensis var mairei seedlings cultivated in basin are tested,its result indicates,in a situation of the same phosphorus and potassium,improving the plain nutrition level of nitrogen properly,various kinds of grow index of Taxus chinensis var mairei seedlings have obvious improvement.When the amount of nitrogen constructed is 10gN/basin,height,diameter,biomass reach the highest level,respectively 56.0cm,0.672cm,132.47g/tree.To physiological activation of the seedlings,with constructing the increase of nitrogen quantity,the activation increases gradually too.In applying fertilizer at quantity 10gN/basin,chlorophyll content supreme chla reach 2.09mg.g-1.Fw,chlb reach 0.91mg.g-1.Fw,total amount of ch1 reaches 3.00mg·g-1.Fw;From the cluster analysis of activation of the nitrate reductive we can draw that the treatment D and E are divided into a kind,its NRA is the highest and reach 1.35μgNO2-g-1h-1;the activation of the root is analyzed,the result is that when the fertilizer is 10gN/basin,not only can the root biomass get the max and reach 24.1 g/tree,but its TTC content reaches supreme 0.527mg·g-1·Fw too.While too much amount of nitrogen constructed in the field can lead that the growth amount of the plant begins to reduce gradually,the physiological activation of the seedlings also drops to some extent,the ability of absorbing and utilizing nitrogen reduces,the phenomenon of wilting appears at the branch leaves in the late growth in the lower part of some plants under large amount of fertilization.Using DRIS comprehensive nutrition diagnosis to analyze the Taxus chinensis var mairei seedlings, using the graphic method and DRIS index method,we can draw a conclusion that the treatment E(10gN/ basin)is the best one,and the three kinds of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium are in a kind of balanced state,the three kinds of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium are in a more kind of balanced state in the treatment D(7.5gN/basin);So integrating seedlings growth and the physiological index,and cooperating with DRIS nutrition diagnose we can draw the conclusion that the fertilization of nitrogen in 7.5-10gN/basin is the better,in which the treatment of 10gN/basin is the best.In the same conditions(5 gN fertilizer +5 gP fertilizer +3 g K fertilizer),with the improvement of Calcium fertilizer or magnesium fertilizer properly,the height,diameter and biomass of Taxus chinensis var mairei have varying degrees of improvement.Comparing magnesium to calcium,magnesium better can promote the growth of seedlings height than calcium,but in terms of the diameter and biomass targets,the effect of magnesium is far less than calcium.As the increasing of calcium,total chlorophyll and nitrate of Taxus chinensis var mairei have an obviously increasement,the root activity however has little change,the content of chlorophyll and nitrate from process F(0.75g Ca/tree)is respectively 1.13times and 1.25times of the control;Using DRIS comprehensive nutrition diagnosis under varing calcium fertilizer to analyze Taxus chinensis var mairei seedlings,using the DRIS index method,it can draw a conclusion that the treatment E (0.6gCa/basin)and F(0.75gCa/basin)are the best one,and the three kinds of Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium are in a kind of balanced state.Second,under cultivated in basin condition,different amounts and proportions design of nitrogen, phosphorus,potassium to Taxus chinensis var mairei seedlings are tested,the result shows that different amounts of fertilizer and different mix ratio of the three fertilizers have different effects on heighth,diameter,biomass,chlorophyll content and nitrate reductive activation,among all processes,the process 8 (6g N+2g P+4g K)is the best.Fitting the regression equation to test data,it proves that the precision is very high,correspondingly the best fertilizer quantity and fertilizer mix ratio is the process 8,and the heighth,diameter,biomass,chlorophyll content and nitrate respectively reach 61.89cm,0.771 cm,114.25g/tree,1.6511 mg·g-1.Fw,1.0906μgNO2-g-1h-1,0.7904 mg·g-1·Fw.Through DRIS diagnose analyzing it can draw that in deal with 6,9 three nutrient content of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium in the body of Taxus chinensis var mairei seedlings is in a kind of balanced state,the fertilizer mix ratio is 1:1:1,among them in procee 9(12g/tree),the nutrient content of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium is the most in the body,so the quantity and ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium is 4g N+4g p+4g k,but the process 8 nutrient accumulation is considerable to the process 9.And from the return of indicators and fitting equation,the treatment 8 is the best,the nitrogen fertilizer 6g N+2g P+ 4g K is the best one.Third,in the feild,a test with the same design by nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium is carried,it is similar the needs of Taxus chinensis var mairei seedlings in basin with in the feild,but the change range of the index is smaller than in basin,the sensitivity is far less than that of in basin.Through DRIS diagnose,we can know that under the field conditions,there are more balance point of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium, the reason is that under field conditions it will be more difficult to control soil nutrition in the designated environment,resulting in its diagnostic accuracy low,in addition the random sampling and testing of the error are involved,to make more accurate and reasonable test,the large samplings can be selected in the large range.The treatment 9(4g N+4g P+ 4g K)is the best one under the field conditions,at the same time,the poisoning phenomenon is no here.Fourth,light environment has obvious impact on the growth and nutrient accumulation.The study shows that 30%of light permeability is the best condition to 1-year Taxus chinensis var mairei,the height,the diameter and the biomass are respectively 1.68 times,1.31 times,2.00 times of that in 100%light permeability; under 70%,50%,30%environmental permeability,the total chlorophyll are respectively 1.9 times,2.3 times,2.7 times of that under 100%light permeability conditions;Chla/Chlb increases with the decrease of light permeability,under the glare environment,performancing for a relatively high content of chla,and under shade environment,performancing for a relatively high content of chlb,this means that the reasonable intensity can be a increase in the total chlorophyll,and means that can be a increase in the yew biomass production;this can be confirmed from the effect of shading azimuth.As the light intensity reduces,except that Mg nutrient has a little change,N,P,K,Ca nutrient of the branches all have a gradually increase,under 30%of light permeability conditions,N,P,K,Ca,Mg nutrient accumulation is the most,respectively 1.97times,1.63 times,2.18 times,1.52 times,1.05 times of that of the control;from plant appearance,tan phenomenon appears in the branches,which is due to excessive light intensity,it is the light that generates devastating,making the function leaves damaged and Taxus seedling growth restricted.Setting shading measures can enhance the effect of fertilization,and can increase the content of nutrient in plant,in view of N element,in shading measures conditions,the content of nutrient of 70%,50%,30%light permeability is 1.43 g/kg,2.2 g/kg,1.58 g/kg more than no-fertilization,the other elements nutrient show a similar characteristics except Mg nutrient.Under the no-shading conditions,the fertilization can not increase the effectiveness,instead can lead the phenomenon of decreasing of N,P,K,Ca nutrients.This shows that the effect of fertilization depends on the appropriate light environment correspondingly.
