| Study the influence of Litsea cubeba growth by different apply fertilizer on the cultivated test in pot and forest.The test designed by the general three factors quadratic designs of rotary combination,maded the mathematical models based on the design,turned out the code equations.Carry on the significance test and optimal solution,solved the best proportion of N,P and K fertilizer.The order to need the fertilizer of each deal in plants was solved by the graph and the indeX diagnosis of DRIS.The aim of the experiment was how to improve the increment of Litsea cubeba through fertilization.1.The results of significant testing were all reached significance in the mathematical models of biomass,height,diameter of the potted seedlings,this result indicated that the different proportion of N,P and K fertilizer had significant influence to the Litsea cubeba growth.The code equations of biomass mathematical model was Y= 20.00490-1.2389X1+1.25755X2+0.54335X3-2.21453X12-1.9521X22-1.86198X32+ 1.13458X1X2-0.74375X1X3,the optimal solution of biomass was 20.4721g,corresponding the requirement of N,P and K fertilizer was 1.50g/pot,1.15g/pot,1.09g/pot respectively; The code equations of height mathematical model was Y=40.10328-2.16807X1+1.80864X2+ 1.2824X3-4.8126X12-3.71663X22-1.29479X32+1.20000X1X2-0.92500X1X3-0.65000X2X3,the optimal solution of height was 40.57cm,corresponding the requirement of N,P and K fertilizer was 1.50g/pot,1.17g/pot,1.27g/pot respectively;the code equations of diameter mathematical model was Y=9.15443-0.27159X1+0.25788X2+0.12661X3-0.56261X12 -0.49897X22-0.52726X32+0.21000X1X2,the optimal solution of diameter was 9.1950mm, corresponding the requirement of N,P and K fertilizer was 1.50g/pot,1.15g/pot, 1.09g/pot respectively.Used the DRIS comprehensive nutrition diagnose to analyze the nutrition N,P and K in the Litsea cubeba,turned out the important parameters were N/P,N/K and K/P.From the DRIS figure diagnose,the best ratio range of N,P and K is N/P=4.965~6.029, N/K=2.653~3.201,K/P=1.790~1.970.The greatest nutrition equilibrium was the deal 19,deals of 15,16,17,18,20 were in the better equilibrium.Through the DRIS indeX diagnose,showed the indeXes of deal 15~20 were more near 0,it indicated that the nutrition of these deals were the greater equilibrium,this result was the same to the DRIS figure diagnosis.These 6 deals were in the 0 level,the requirement of N,P,K fertilizer was:1.50g/pot,1.00g/pot,1.00g/pot.2.The cultivated test in forest was divided into A,B,C and D 4 trials based on the aspect and the position of slope.Through the design of ternary quadratic general rotation combination equation,the results indicated that the equation of the trial B attend the significance level,another equations of 3 trials did not attend the significance level.The trial A was in the downhill of sunny slope,the best growth deal was 1,the requirement of N,P and K fertilizer was 191.20g/strain,127.20g/strain, 127.20g/strain.The trial B was in the midhill of sunny slope,the best growth deal was 19,the requirement of N,P and K fertilizer was 120.00g/strain,80.00g/strain, 80.00g/strain.The trial C was in the uphill of sunny slope,the best growth deal was 1,the requirement of N,P and K fertilizer was 191.20g/strain,127.20g/ strain, 127.20g/ strain.The trial D was in the downhill of shady slope,the best growth deal was 1,the requirement of N,P and K fertilizer was 32.80g/strain,18.80g/ strain, 18.80g/ strain.Adopted general three factors quadratic designs of rotary combination,established the mathematical models of biomass,height and diameter of the cultivated test in pot.
