The trial study the affection of different TMR diet on the lamb production performance, blood index. Carcass quality, at the same time also studied the different treatment groups in the rumen of the degradation rate of gastric juice and effect on the physiological and biochemical indicators .In the lamb production performance, blood index and Carcass quality trial 8 Texel×local breed lamb and 8 Poll Dorset×local breed lamb were selected. Randomly divided into four groups, two in each species group. The same species between the structure and no significant different in body weight and birth day close, to study the affection of different TMR diet on the lamb production performance, blood index and Carcass quality. The degradation rate of gastric juice and the physiological and biochemical indicators trial 4 sheep with rumen fistulas were selected to study the degradation ration of DM, CP, NDF after the roughage parts of different TMR diet put in rumen for 72 hours and the TMR diet effect on the physical and chemical indicators of gastric fistula sheep.In the different of TMR lamb group feed on the different had been estimated by total dry matter intake, average daily weight gain, feed conversion, profit and testing various stages daily weight gain. The result showed that the trial period total dry matter intake of different diet group lamb was gradually declining trend. In trial period the total dry matter intake of TMR1 diet group lamb was significantly higher than other dietary groups. The trial period total dry matter of TMR2 and TMR3 was no significantly different, but all of them signifieantly higher than TMR4. In trial period the average day weight gain of TMR1 diet group was signifieantly higher than TMR4 (P<0.05). In trial period the average day weight gain among TMR1,TMR2,TMR3 was no significantly different. Among four treatment groups lamb the feed/meat was no significantly different.In the different TMR diets affect on lamb meat. The result showed that lamb meat yellow degree of TMR3 diet group was significantly higher than TMR1, TMR2, TMR4 diet group . Lamb meat red degree of all diet groups was no significantly. The lamb meat cooked rate was gradually declining from TMR1 to TMR4 diet group. The lamb meat dehydrating rate was gradually rising from TMR1 to TMR4 diet group. Between TMR1 diet group and TMR2 lamb meat tenderness was significant, but no significant withTMR3 and TMR4.There was no significant different among TMR2,TMR3,TMR4 diet group. The PH of all diet group lamb meat was in the normal range after slaughtered one hour. In this experiment there was a positive phase correlation between slaughter rate and carcass weight of all diet groups lamb.In trial 3 The different TMR diets affect on the blood indexes. There was no significant different among lamb serum total protein, blood urea nitrogen, serum glucose, triglyceride concentrations of all TMR diet groups when the trial was final.In the roughage part of the different TMR diet nutrient 72h loss in the rumen. The result showed that DM and NDF loss in the rumen at different point were significantly , with time extension the disappearance rate of DM and NDF in rumen were gradually increased. The treatment of (1) to (4) of CP disappearance in rumen were gradually declined. The NDF effective degradation in rumen of (1),(2),(3) group respectively(4) increased 184%, 70%, 51% . The DM effective degradation in rumen of (1),(2),(3) group respectively(4) increased 79.1%, 82.3%, 51.5%.In the Determination of physical and chemical indicators of the different TMR diet affect on the rumen of gastric fistula sheep. The result showed that PH of the different diet group gastric fistula sheep was no significant .The gastric collected at the different time point was significant .Within six hours of PH value of gastric after TMR2, TMR3 and TMR4 groups fistula sheep intake was drop to rising . Within six hours of PH value of gastric was downward trend after TMR1 groups fistula sheep intake. Within six hours of NH3-N concentration of gastric was increased at the beginning and then dropped back to the level before feeding after TMR1, TMR3, TMR4 groups fistula sheep intake. But the TMR2 group was increased first and then dropped back to the level before feeding. The acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid concentration were all increased after dietary group of gastric fistul sheep intake. Within six hours of the acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid concentration of gastric was increased at the beginning and then dropped back to the level before feeding after all groups fistula sheep intake.
