The research of stripping combine at home and abroad was introduced. The cleaning principle of single-channel centrifugal fan with oscillating sieve was analyzed in theory. Based on the theory, the motion model of sieve was established. The differential equations of the agricultural materials grain in the fun-flow were established in theory and its locus was simulated using the Matlab. The motion conditional expressions of the up-slip,down-slip and tossing of the materials grain with the effect of sieve and fan-air-flow was established and the motion mathematical models of materials grain on oscillating sieve were established in details. Besides the concerning influence factors of these conditional expressions were simulated and analyzed. Also the passage probability model of the materials grain and its influence factors were investigated. With the test of the whole-combine, its cleaning parameters were close to the theory values. Finally the Genetic algorithms (GA) was used to optimize the cleaning parameters and it was superior to traditional optimize methods.The study could be used to confirm and optimize the motion and structure parameters of threshing cleaning mechanism, and it will lay the foundation for the improvement of this combine's cleaning mechanism.
