Currently excessive and unreasonable use of pesticide and fertilizer caused serious cropping barrier,increased pest resistance as well as worse agricultural ecological environment,which would affect the quality of agricultural product.In order to explore the good resource,which is broad-spectrum,efficient,safe,and environmental friendly,a pollution-free activator,wood vinegar was extracted from the wood and applied to vegetables to detect its effects on their yield,quality and the reduce of pesticides.Field trials were carried out by spraying wood vinegar liquid 300x,400x,500x,600x and 700x on vegetables regularly.Finally vegetable yield, the contents of dry matter,Vc,protein,soluble sugar,coarse fiber and organic acid were measured in lab.Furthermore,field experiment on Plutella xylosteIla using spinosad and wood vinegar liquid was conducted at the same time.Results of the study indicate:1.Spraying the wood vinegar to non-heading Chinese cabbage regularly in growing period can contribute to the crops on nutrient absorption and utilization, reduce the continuous cropping barrier,promote the germination and growth of crops,increase the yield.The results showed that the yield was increased 7.3-16.7% by spraying 300-700 times of the wood vinegar.And the vegetable yield can be increased well using 300-700 times of the wood vinegar in production.2.The quality of the non-heading Chinese cabbage,especially the content of Vc and soluble sugar was improved after the wood vinegar sprayed.Using the 300-700 times liquid,the content increment of Vc was 23.12%-45.04%,the variable in soluble sugar was(-42.11%)-(+ 36.84%).With the increase of spraying concentration,the content of vitamin C and soluble sugar has declined.While,after spraying the wood vinegar,the growth appearance,growth rate,disease resistance of non-heading Chinese cabbage was superior to the plants,which were grown without the wood vinegar.Using the 500-600 times liquid to spray is better for raising non-heading Chinese cabbage quality in the actual production.3.The effect was improved about 10 percent after using wood vinegar combined with bio-pesticide to control the Plutella xylostella on broccoli.The preferable quickly available and lasting available to bio-pesticides can be increased, and the insufficiency can be compensated of.The Plutella xylostella can be controlled after using wood vinegar 500x combined with spinosad 1000x.The utilization of the pesticide can be reduced in the actual production.
