In light of the large amount of fertilizer and low utilization rate in the production of non-heading Chinese cabbage,the key fertilization period,amount of fertilizer and reasonable ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium were explored to provide a theoretical basis for efficient fertilization and high-quality production of non-heading Chinese cabbage.Using non-heading Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa ssp.chinensis Makino)varieties“Lvxiu”and“15 Hybrid 1”as materials,the“3414”NPK formula fertilization scheme was adopted to study the growth of non-heading Chinese cabbage with different NPK fertilization ratios.The main results of the impact of yield,quality and nutrient absorption are as follows:1.With the growth and development of non-heading Chinese cabbage,its fresh weight and dry weight increased continuously,and the growth of fresh and dry weight of non-heading Chinese cabbage seedlings increased fastest for about 30 days.The fresh weight of Lvxiu and15 Hybrid 1 increased by 8.35 g over that of 20 days.At 9.91 g per strain,dry matter increased by 0.43 g and 0.47 g per strain,respectively.This shows that the growth of 30d is the critical period of cabbage fresh weight and dry matter accumulation.During this period,we must ensure adequate supply of fertilizer and moisture.2.The absorption of N,P,and K nutrients by non-heading Chinese cabbage plants was the highest in nitrogen,followed by potassium,and the least in phosphorus.Under light illumination conditions,the maximum nitrogen uptake per strain was 67.46 g,48.20 g for potassium,and 10.45 g for phosphorus.The maximum absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium for the 15 Hybrid 1 was 58.85 g,7.68 g,and 34.95 g,respectively.3.The absorption of N,P,and K nutrients by Lvxiu was higher than that of 15 Hybrid 1.The maximum absorption of N,P,and K increased by 8.61 g,2.77 g,and 13.26 g,respectively,in light incubators.Under field conditions,the maximum absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium increased by 44.79 g,6.43 g and 32.48 g,respectively.It can be seen that the absorption of NPK in different varieties or the same variety under different environmental conditions is different.Therefore,the fertilization of non-heading Chinese cabbage should be based on the demand characteristics of the variety,and reasonable fertilization and reasonable harvesting.4.Comprehensive analysis found that the formula for fertilizer application was N2P2K1,ie when the N,P and K fertilization rates were 10,15 and 15 kg/667 m~2,respectively,the combined effects of formula fertilization were the best.The yield of non-heading Chinese cabbage was up to 3817 kg/667m~2,plant height,leaf length and leaf width were 24.33cm,17.80cm and 12.20cm,respectively;protein content,soluble sugar content and vitamin C content also reached a high level,585.35 mg/g,2.63%,10.20 g/100g respectively;nitrate and nitrite content reached lower levels,2.60 mg/L and 0.163 mg/L,respectively.The overall quality of cabbage is optimal.
