China is one of Pyrus genus provenances,Chinese pear plays an important role in fruit production.Because the limitation of fruit biology character,it develops slowly in molecule.Construction molecule genetic map of pear using RAPD technique will be more meaningful to Pyrus genus.In this paper,the first 'Shenbuzhi' and 'Jinhua' molecule genetic map was groped for to construct for the early selection in the breeding program.The map population was constructed using 73 Japanese pear 'Shenbuzhi'×Chinese pear 'Jinhua' hybrid population.The parents have distinct difference in place of produce,it could be detected polymorphism locus.The result of experiment indicated that the population fitted to construct molecular genetic map.The research obtained 123 RAPD markers using 11 primer,with an average11 markers.Amount to acquired 89 polymorphism markers locus,of which 52.89%was 1:1 in segregation,and 17.89%was 3:1 in segregation,and 23.6%was distorted,and 4 non-parental heteroduplex.Finally,molecular genetic linkage maps have been constructed using "double pseudotest-coss" strategy with RAPD marker and FsLinkageMap(1.0) software. 'Shenbuzhi' pear constructed 6 linkage groups,and the integrated map is 301.97cM in length,with an average locus interval of 43.14cM.There are 3 linkage map of 'Jinhua' pear,which is 226.76cM in total length,and the average locus interval is 37.79cM.Using 3:1 in segregation constructed 3 linkage groups,it covers 143.29cM of Pyrus geneus gene in length,with an average locus interval of 15.92cM.The biggest locus interval is 35.8cM,the smallest is 7.0cM.
