The Study Of Meat Guqlity Traits Of Jinhua Pig By Microsatellie DNA Markers

The pig is one of the first animals to be domesticated. Pork is also one of the most popular food in life. In this study, muscle samples of three strains from Jianong farm and Jinhua breeding farms from January2013to January2014. we use9microsatellites located on chromosome6to analysis this three strains of pig microsatellite DNA markers, the analysis of the correlation of meat quality traits of these three strains of pigs, genetic diversity and intramuscular fat content and genotypes. The main results and conclusions are as follows:1. Xiajin pigs are the descendants of Jinhua Pig and Hampshire pigs, Changjin pigs are the descendants of Changbai pigs and Jinhua pigs, through compation of carcass weight, intramuscular fat content performance indicators and total protein content of these three strains, although Xiajin pigs’combination of muscle protein content is relatively high, but the growth rate is slower. In genetic terms, these breeding farms may exist halothane gene. Therefore, we believe the combination of these two options, see the individual needs of each farm to choose. Molecular genetic methods can be used in the future to detect whether these two strains exist halothane gene.2. Comparison of genetic diversity between different kinds of pig Department, from the results we can see, these three breeding lines containing the various departments-specific alleles breeds. Jinhua pig has the most alleles, indicating that Jinhua pig has rich alleles. We should has reasonable hybridization.3. Effect of porcine muscle fat content QTL from the positioning of chromosomes, to positional candidate genes gradually, by the results of this study we can know, the impact of inter-muscular fat content QTL is near SW71, SW1881and SW353, and a QTL affecting carcass weight is nearby SW1302, SW71, SW1881and SW353.
