To elect Zn-efficient and Zn rich grain varieties (material), use of water culture methods, selection of 16 hybrid rice varieties with large differences in genetic background and its restorer line and maintainer line parents each 9.Research of Zn accumulation,distribution in hybrid rice and its parents organs and the genetic effect of Zncontent of rice .The results show that:(1)In maturity, the Zn content of hybrid rice and its parents root,stem and leave,grain increased with Zn concentration increased ,and the Zn distribution ratio of root and stem increased significantly, the distribution of grain decreased significantly. The Zn accumulation of hybrid rice and its parents distributed in the roots in the vast majority,the distribution ratio of grain Zn is lower,and with the Zn treatment concentration increasd,the Zn distribution ratio of root increased significantly, the Zn distribution ratio of grain decreased significantly.The Zn content of hybrid rice and its parents' same organ differs great between species(material).The Zn accumulation of Restorer line R892,Maintainer line D84B and hybrid rice D83A/R527,JinYou 718 is high Zn accumulation varieties (materials). The Zn content of Restorer line R892 and Maintainer line E2B,D83B,D62B and hybrid rice D62A/R781 andâ…¡You 892 is higher, belongs to Zn-rich grain varieties (materials).The proportion of Zn assigned to the grain of Restorer line R892,R498 and Mainliner line E2B and hybrid rice Gang You 3551,Hong You 44 is higher.When Zn2+ concentration less than 0.1mg.L-1, the plant Zn absorbing capacity of filling stage basically the same or even higher than that of maturity.However,in 1mg.L-1,the plant Zn content of filling stage is significantly smaller than maturity, especially the roots and stems.(2)The preparation of Zn content of cross combination with the same Restorer line R498 and different Maintainer line have significantly difference,the Zn accumulation of plantsâ…¡You498,G49A/498 relatively more; Among them, the Zn accumulation of grain relatively high with G49A/498.With the concentration of Zn in 0.01mg.L-1,the grain Zn distribution ratio of DYou498 relatively high.There are different between Zn content of various organs of cross combinationâ…¡You498,â…¡You 892,â…¡You 838,â…¡You 549 prepared by the same Restorer lineâ…¡-32B and different Maintainer line,the plant Zn accumulation ofâ…¡You892 is relatively more,and also distributed more to grain. With Zn concentration less than 0.1mg.L-1the ratio of Zn distributed to grain withâ…¡You 892 is highest. With the concentration of zinc in 1mg.L-1,â…¡You 838 relatively high.At the same time,in all Zn concentration,the root,stems and leaves Zn content of cross combination prepared by the same parents(restorer line R498 or maintainer lineâ…¡-32B ) significantly higher or not lower than parents,the transgressive heterosis ofâ…¡You 498 andâ…¡You 838 to the most stable. The genetic effect of grain Zn content of different parents differes great,The Zn content of cross combination grain II You 892 prepared by Maintainer lineâ…¡-32B have obvious transgressive heterosis,and the transgressive heterosis of grain Zn content of cross combination prepared by restorer line R498 is not obvious,evensignificantly lower than the parents.(3)The Zn content of amylose and crude protein in hybrid rice and its parents overall performanced for the first increases and then decreases with the Zn concentration increased.There are great differences between grain amylose and crude protein in cross combination, relatively, Restorer line R892,R527 and Maintainer line D62B and cross combinationâ…¡You 549 have lower grain amylose,higher crude protein,better quality of rice.
