| In this research,the polymorphisms of rabbit GH gene and the relationship between the polymorphisms of rabbit GH gene and production trait in 220 rabbits including Harbin white rabbits,Tianfu black rabbits,Belgium Rabbit, ZIKA rabbits and California rabbits were detected by PCR-SSCP test with3 different pairs of primers.The results showed that:Among 3 primer pairs,There was polymorphsm only in PCR product of primerl (3'flanking region),which had 2 mutations.Results by PCR-SSCP analysis detected 2 genetypes named A1A1 and A1A2.The allele A1 was the dominant allele.There were 2 genetypes in 115bp,named C1C1 and C1C2 respectively.And the allele C1 was the dominant allele.Population genetics analysis showed that genetic diversity was with moderate polymorphism at 65bp and 115bp in 5 population rabbits.The association between the genetypes of the 2 polymorphism sites residing in GH gene and performance were analyzed by GLM model of SAS software.The results indicate that performances,corresponding to 65bp loci in A1A1 genetype, of 3—month—old body weight,4—month—old body weight,feed transformation efficiency hight or equal significantly to performances corresponding to A1A2 genetype(P<0.05,P<0.01).But the performances,corresponding to A1A1 genetype,of butcher rate,cooked meat rate have no significant differences to A1A2 genetype.performances,corresponding to 115bp loci in C1C1 genetype,of 3—month—old body weight,4—month—old body weight,feed transformation efficiency hight or epual significantly to performances corresponding to C1C2 genetype(P<0.01,P<0.05).But the performances,corresponding to C1C1 genetype, of butcher rate,cooked meat rate have no significant differences to C1C2 genetype corresponding to.Association analysis of the 2 polymorphysm locis indicated that A1A1C1C1 genotype differ significantly to other genotypes.(P<0.01,P<0.05)... |
