Drought,water,energy shortage,backward economy, poor ecosystems stability, vulnerable environment are the reality of the ecology environment of the northwest area, developing biogas ecological agricultural has an important effect on promoting agricultural structural adjustment, increasing peasants income, improveing quality of life of peasants, consolidating the achievement of ecological construction. There was a close relationship between biogas fermentation ,construction of sunlight greenhouse, development of breeding industry, planting industry and the characteristics of physical geography, different areas in Northwest China has a greater difference in natural resources and social and economic environment. Consequently, developing biogas ecological agricultural modle has obvious regional characteristics. Scientific evaluation on reignal suitability of biogas ecological agricultural modle in Northwest China have an importance meaning to rational distribution of biogas ecological agricultural modle,structure adjustment of agriculture and rural economy, the reasonable use of state funds.Our study, systematically analyzed of the regional factors influencing the development of biogas ecological agricultural modle in Northwest China,9 evaluation indexes (the months that ground temperature of average 1.6 m more than 10℃,the months that ground temperature of average 1.6 m more than 10℃,annual sunshine hours,annual total solar radiation,the average per capita the feces of livestock and poultry,the commercial rate of civil energy consumption,farmers' annual mean income,national household investment,the education. population rate of junior and higher level) from 3 catalogues—climate, energy situation and social economy factors had been chosen to set up the suitability evaluation index system of"Three in One"eco-agricultural Modle according to it's principles.15 evaluation indexes (mean annual temperature,accumulated temperature above 10℃,annual sunshine hours,winter mean temperature,the daytime clear day in winter,annually extremely lowest temperature,the speed of wind as a case of 30 years,the depth of snows as a case of 30 years,the average per capita the feces of livestock and poultry, the commercial rate of civil energy consumption,farmers annual mean income,national household investment,the education population rate of junior and higher level,annual runoff depth,annual precipitation)from 4 catalogues—climate, energy situation, social economy and hydrology factors had been chosen to set up the suitability evaluation index system of"Four in One"eco-agricultural Modle.11 evaluation indexes (the months that ground temperature of average 1.6m more than 10℃,the months that ground temperature of average 1.6m more than 10℃,annual sunshine hours,annual total solar radiation,the average per capita the feces of livestock and poultry,the commercial rate of civil energy consumption,farmers' annual mean income,national household investment,the education population rate of junior and higher level,annual runoff depth,annual precipitation) from 4 catalogues—climate, energy situation ,social economy and hydrology factors had been chosen to set up the suitability evaluation index system of"Five in One"ecological orchard Modle.The weight of index is defined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Delphi. The weight of climatic index>energy index>social economical indexes, the results is in conformity with the actual of developing biogas ecological agricultural modle.Relativization treatment method are applied in makeing indexes being dimensionless and the appraising model is estalished using comprehensive assessment method .Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, it launches a demonstration analysis. We compared and studied the way of developing the"Four in One"eco-agricultural model region suitability in Ansai County, Longxian County and Xixiang County. The results show that the adaptabilities of these three counties to develop The"Four in One"eco-agricultural model is: Longxian>Xixiang>Ansai. The results anastomosis with the practical situations, and it illuminate that the evaluation theory is practical in some degree. Classification standard for reignal suitability of biogas ecological agricultural modle in Northwest China was determined,evaluation scheme of reignal suitability of biogas ecological agricultural modle in Northwest China was preliminarily formed.Reignal suitability of biogas ecological agricultural modle("Three in One"eco-agricultural Modle,"Four in One"eco-agricultural Modle,"Five in One"ecological orchard Modle) of more than one hundred station In Northwest China(Xinjiang,Qinghai,Gansu,Ningxia,Shannxi) have been evaluated.
